Oracle Update:
Seems I had sent an embassy offer to the wrong region.
That is now being corrected.
Once all or nearly all (there are a few exceptions) of my oracle regions have had the flags/banners updated, I will check the Matrix regions later. Have to remember to not use the "[hr]" in the WFE and use only the color 00477e and bold text for the region name shown. Exceptions do apply.
I guess "pre" causes a block display coding effect to happen.
