Thinking of what to do with this region once I have placed it's location.
1. ORACLE or MATRIX
2. HOLDING or PUPPET STORAGE
3. Other considerations (if applicable)
4. Do I need password protection still?
Will need to make this region an oracle region (no embassy offers at first) until the first two embassies are made official. Once they are in place, I can change this region to a Matrix (accepts all embassy offers at that point) Region. That means that the embassy offers sent now, should be able to be accepted before they expire in seven days time.
Realized that this region will remain as an Oracle region. May not last long enough to officially make it as such.
