The font (I think it’s Arial?) could be better, it looks kind of uninspiring as it is. It may also look better if you added more variation of color to the flag, like a tricolor/bicolor, and incorporated the words into the flag by color, or maybe overlay letters over the landmass itself, like an inscribed R.R (Republic of Reasland), in white. That being said, I do like flags which include landmasses in them, and other than the nitpicks I provided it’s pretty good. You may learn something from Cyprus’ flag design, as well.
It was inspired by the Cyprus flag.
Outright communism = bad idealistic thinking. However, I believe socialist elements and a mixed economy are important.
