The nation of Astryla humbly sends forth a formal invitation to all nations within the continent of Avynris, welcoming you to what we hope will be, The First Avynris Summit.

Since the turn of this century, Avynris has seen no shortage of war, violence, and conflict. It has been a difficult time for everyone no matter their culture, ethnicity, or location. But Astryla sees a bright future for this continent. One that can be paved with unity and cooperation towards a prosperous future for all people.

It is with this thought in mind that The United Socialist States of Astryla proposes to all nations a formal Avynris Summit. A platform for all nations to meet and discuss issues and means of progress for the continent that can be enacted upon by a united front. We strongly believe a better future is possible but must be made together. A group of nations greater than the sum of its parts.

We strongly hope that this summit will be the first of many regular and constructive meetings between all nations of Avynris, and that this can be the start of something much greater. We hope to hear official responses from all and look forward to meeting every nation around the summit table.

The United States of Fracacia respectfully accepts this offer of invitation to the Avynris Summit graciously hosted by the United Socialist States of Astryla.

Our continent of Avynris represents over 800 million people and while we may have different origins, cultures and beliefs, we are all still interconnected through this land that we call home.

This past century has seen extraordinary change to our home. Inequality is growing, new technologies bring in new questions. The collapse of the Eastern Empire has brought unimaginable suffering and the disconnect between east and west has brought about extreme regimes and growing conflicts. We represent the leaders of this community of nations, with many looking up to us to find a way through this increasingly difficult and uncertain time. If the nations of Avynris stand idle, untold many more will struggle and suffer.

The Fracacian people stand ready to work with an international-regional diplomatic framework and to reestablish relations with Eastern Avynris for the betterment of all our great and diverse peoples. One Region, One Spirit.

On this day which will be remembered in history, Kavarazstan announced to the Avynris and the rest of the world the existence of nuclear arms within the nation after a successful test deployment. The detonation of the Kavarazstan atomic bomb took place on the island of Kinai, in the eastern Yellow sea.

The attempted development of a nuclear arsenal in Kavarazstan had been public knowledge for some time, yet many within Avynris had thought that there was going to be more time. Perhaps Fracacia in particular, who had held a strong interest in preventing this outcome, was shocked by this sudden news as it meant their data on Kavarazstan was either not fully up to date, or even inaccurate.

Even more shocking perhaps, was the intel returned to Fracacia on the very same day, before Kavarazstan's public announcement. Word had made it back to Fracacia's government and military that this weapon, this bomb, had come into creation based on Fracacia's own design and work. How Kavarazstan got their hands on these details is currently unknown.

Hours before Kavarazstan's public announcement, rumors of the test was first leaked into the Avynris public from Astrylan fishermen who witnessed the detonation from a distance.

THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF KAVARAZSTAN'S ANNOUNCES A HISTORICAL MOMENT

The First People's Assembly of the National People's Congress of the Glorious Democratic People's Republic of Kavarazstan informs all of its citizens and the rest of the world of a new development in history. In discussion and agreement with the General Secretary and the entirety of the Kavarazstan Communist Party, The First People's Assembly of the National People's Congress of the Glorious Democratic People's Republic of Kavarazstan openly announces the birth of the Kavarazstan nuclear arsenal. Only hours ago, a successful test, one of many to come was done safely away from the freedom loving citizens of this glorious country.

The test of this new bomb marks an important milestone in modern history, as The Glorious Democratic People's Republic of Kavarazstan now has the capability to unleash a firestorm unlike the world has ever seen onto anyone that may threaten the stability and prosperity of its people. This new development will secure Kavarazstan's future to be brighter and more stronger than ever.

Great power however, comes with great responsibility. The First People's Assembly of the National People's Congress of the Glorious Democratic People's Republic of Kavarazstan and it's beloved General Secretary, our beloved leader, his high Excellency and Radiance, Will of the Sun and the People, Father of Nations and most Supreme, Xin-Pao Shami is fully aware of the implications of such a deadly weapon and the power it holds. This power is in the most capable, safe hands in all of Avynris, and as long as the safety of the Kavarazstan people is secured, it will not need to be unleashed.

This power will also mark a new era beyond military use. With the success of the testing, our bravest scientists and engineers are already working full time to utilize the force of the bomb into creating energy. Energy which can fuel the nation's long and steady march of progress forward into a true atomic age.

Soon, our first nuclear power plants will come online, and by harnessing both the power of coal and nuclear energy, Kavarazstan will display its sheer iron will and progress to the whole world.

Today is a day of joy, a day of national unity and pride for Kavarazstan and the spirit of communism. We of the The First People's Assembly of the National People's Congress of the Glorious Democratic People's Republic of Kavarazstan implore all citizen to take time in their work to celebrate. Carry on your tasks with your heads held high, and when you return home to your family, reflect over this day as it passes into history as one of our greatest moments.

To the rest of the world, we say the same. Rejoice with us. We are eager to see more diplomatic approaches and discussions with our neighbors.
