AI itself isn't inherently tied to any political ideology like communism. However, the way AI is implemented or used can reflect the values and goals of those who develop or deploy it, which could include socialist or communist principles in some cases but since the most advanced AIs are owned by corporations I really doubt we'll see a prominent communist AI any time soon.
