The Commonwealth of Zoingo is a colossal, socially progressive nation, renowned for its museums and concert halls. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 6.215 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Commerce, and Law & Order. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Amsteldam. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 8%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Book Publishing industry, followed by Cheese Exports and Tourism.

Voting is voluntary, graffiti artists spend lengthy periods of time in jail, the people are famous throughout the region for their bleached-white teeth, and a National Academy regulates grammar and usage. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Zoingo's national animal is the pink tiger, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Livre.

Zoingo is ranked 14th in the region and 7,441st in the world for Most Politically Apathetic Citizens.
