In today's weather forecast, temperatures this morning across Westfalen Westphalia have ranged from the high forties to the lower fifties (47-53°F) and high humidity. Later today, we should see a rise in temperature, starting at 8:00 CEST, and continuing up into the upper sixties (68-69°F) at 18:00 CEST. As already stated, humidity will be at an 85% high, with low winds, but there are low chances of precipitation for today (0-13%), despite expectations of there being cloudy skies.

As for the rest of the week, there will be a quick change with rain and coming down into the north-east of the region, with possible thunderstorms Friday. As for temperatures, they will remain stagnant with lows in the lower 50s, and highs in the lower 70s.

In a statement earlier this week, Cannula, the head producer of the controversial drug Oatcaine, has announced that due the destruction following the takeover and occupation of Westphalia, Oatcaine won't be on the market any time soon. In response, there have been multiple reports of rioting and looting across the region, while in other instances celebrations were made, with large and beautiful fireworks displays planned for later this week. Overall the reaction has been mixed.

Satellite Imagery shows factories that previously produced an estimated 3 tons a day of Oatcaine, destroyed in what some may guess was a firebomb campaign during the time period of initial resistance to the infamous Black Hawks. When questioned on whether Oatcaine will ever make a comeback, Cannula replied in saying that such a thing is possible for the foreseeable future. Following this, the Cannula government has invested in what some can only speculate to be production or storage facilities, for what purpose is not certain. When asking Cannula for personal comment on the whole situation, there was no reply. Despite the few days of tense peace following some violent reactions, it is clear that unless an official decision is made soon on resolving the issue, we should expect further riots and disorder. In a leak from the government, documents show what seems to be newly written policies pertaining to various branches of government. That includes plans for a "People's President" and Parliament, Upper and Lower Courts, various Ministries whose responsibilities extend to the outer and inner affairs of Westfalen Westphalia, The Royal Family, and the mysterious Council of Elders itself. With no comment The Council of Elders currently exercising control over the region, it can only be speculated that perhaps these documents will be integrated into the standing constitution our beloved Emperor has written.
