"lol", sayeth Alex. "lmao"

This region is a trophy of Volstrostia, who claimed it on behalf of The Brotherhood of Malice during a refound competition with Skorrord.
Through the heat of update, Alex beat out Skorrord to refounding the nation by mere moments, and in so doing won the right to post their pre-made meme about winning the competition as the flag of the newly captured region.
