Is there any way to overthrow a founder of the region? He only logs in once every couple of months to make sure he isn't deleted, and yet doesn't allow the delegate to have any regional control.

NAZI EUROPE has the same issue, except they have delegate access. The founder hasnt been active for 2 years. Maybe its the same guy? O.o

It's funny though. As soon as I really notice that he's inactive and the delegate has no regional power, I become delegate. Killed my fun before I was even aware that it was coming my way. -_-

couldn't you raise it as an issue for the WA? the founder's inactivity means the region can't develop, doesn't it? we can't construct embassies, the factbook can't be updated, the people are powerless!
