You don’t use an individual nation’s military, you use individuals. Basically, many individuals work together with their combined WA votes to invade a region, endorse a specific nation to get them into the delegacy, kick everyone else out who isn’t part of the raider/defender group, and basically seize the region.

We don’t use our nation’s military.

I am an officer and I am rarely on discord. Tbf, I log in more often since I am an officer.
But telegram and TRR forum work too.
It does ask more of the other government members, but hey, such is life.

Yeah, while technically not required it's good for an officer to be around on discord from time to time as the gov often use it for informal discussions n whatnot
