🚫 Что считается нарушением авторских прав:

• Прямое копирование: Использование точной копии оригинального флага.

• Незначительное изменение цвета: Смещение оттенков на несколько пунктов (минорные корректировки палитры), при котором структура и общая концепция флага остаются легко узнаваемыми.

• Кража концепта: Попытка полностью скопировать оригинальную идею размещения элементов без глубокой переработки.

✅ Что разрешено и допускается:

• Глубокое изменение цвета: Полная и достаточная смена цветовой гаммы, которая кардинально меняет восприятие флага и делает его самостоятельным произведением.

• Использование другой графики: Создание вашей собственной, абсолютно новой символики с нуля.

🛑 НАШ ОТВЕТ НА ПЛАГИАТ И НАРУШЕНИЕ АВТОРСКИХ ПРАВ
В случае обнаружения плагиата наше правительство применит следующие меры:

• Официальная нота протеста: Мы незамедлительно отправим дипломатическое предупреждение в ваш Telegram с требованием сменить символику в течение 24 часов.

• Публичный позор (Public Shaming): Нарушитель будет внесен в черный список Factbook Светлограда как плагиатор. Об этом будет объявлено на regional forum и в Сводках новостей (RMB).

• Дипломатическая изоляция: Светлоград разорвет любые economic, военные и союзные соглашения с вашей нацией.

• Жалоба модераторам (Report): Если флаг был украден полностью, мы оставляем за собой право подать официальный тикет модераторам NationStates.

This document establishes strict regulations regarding the use and reproduction of our nation's official flag. The flag's design is a unique piece of intellectual property and is protected by copyright.

🚫 What Constitutes a Copyright Violation:

• Direct Copying: Using an exact duplicate of the original flag.

• Minor Color Adjustments: Shifting colors or shades by just a few points (minor palette tweaks) while keeping the original structure and concept easily recognizable.

• Concept Theft: Copying the unique layout and core idea without significant transformation.

✅ What is Permitted:

• Substantial Color Modification: A complete and sufficient overhaul of the color scheme that radically changes the flag's appearance, turning it into a distinct, independent design.

• Unique Designs: Creating your own entirely new flag from scratch.

🛑 OUR RESPONSE TO PLAGIARISM AND COPYRIGHT VIOLATION
If plagiarism is detected, our government will take the following actions:

• Official Protest Note: We will immediately send a diplomatic warning via Telegram demanding a flag change within 24 hours.

• Public Shaming: The offending nation will be blacklisted in Svetlograd’s official Factbook. A public announcement will be posted on the regional forum and the Regional Message Board (RMB).

• Diplomatic Isolation: Svetlograd will immediately terminate all economic, military, and alliance treaties with your nation.

• Moderation Report: If the flag is stolen completely, we reserve the right to file an official report to the NationStates moderators.

Our Motto: Be unique or be left without allies. Svetlograd does not forgive design theft!

Si se detecta plagio, nuestro gobierno tomará las siguientes medidas:

• Nota oficial de protesta: Enviaremos inmediatamente una advertencia diplomática a través de Telegram exigiendo el cambio de bandera en un prazo de 24 horas.

• Vergüenza pública (Public Shaming): La nación infractora será incluida en la lista negra del Factbook oficial de Svetlograd. Se publicará un anuncio en el foro regional y en el Regional Message Board (RMB).

Welcome to the Regional Message Board (RMB) of The North Pacific. We want to ensure everyone has a positive experience, so please familiarise yourself with the following guidelines. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the Lead Gameside Advocate, Ethnon, or the Gameside Advocates, or ask on the RMB. And remember, the most important rule is to think before you post. You're interacting with other people, so let's keep it a respectful and pleasant environment.

The Regional Officers and Gameside Advocates have the authority to warn or suppress users who are found to be violating these guidelines. It is important to note, that even if a post does not explicitly infringe on the rules mentioned in this dispatch, it may still be considered a violation. You don't have to stress memorising every rule in this dispatch word for word. Common sense will get you pretty far!

1. NationStates Site Etiquette
The North Pacific community follows a set of guidelines put in place by the NationStates Moderators to maintain a respectful and safe online environment. Any user-generated content that violates these guidelines can, and will, be reported to the Site Moderation team. If you would like to learn more about the rules, you can refer to the One Stop Rule Shop.

3. Spam
Spam occurs and is abused in a wide variety of forms, so we reserve the right to suppress the following scenarios of a post. The most important rule to remember is "Don't spam!" Disregarding the examples listed, it is also a matter of interpretation by the ROs. With justification, other messages can be classified as spam and suppressed.

The general definition of spam is: "irrelevant or unsolicited messages", often with malicious intents and disruptive consequences to the RMB.

Double Posts - The consecutive posting of two messages one after the other is defined as double posting.

Double posts that add to the conversations (like replies to two different posts) are okay, two spam posts are not.
Triple posts will be suppressed

It is also allowed to post a second message 10 minutes after your last one.

Triple posts, quadruple posts or others are still prohibited.

Don't Emoji Spam

This also includes posts with even a few lowercase letters. The percentage is key, and everything more than 50% will be suppressed.

Limit your post size

Long Posts
Long posts are spammy and too big for the RMB. It's especially annoying for Mobile Users. When writing long paragraphs, please use spoilers.

Short Posts
Also, remember to not only post one letter or word but also write these words out. Not everyone understands every abbreviation, and it's not helpful in a conversation.

English is the RMB's language

Please translate any language to English.
The language of the RMB is UK/US English - it's not the readers task to translate.

Don't post excessive and/or nonsensical slang

Your posts must attempt to carry a conversation.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suppression of posts without warning. Just because some cases are not specified in the examples does not legitimize them. The RO always has the last word!
