Whicistaion begins to upgrade its military to use more advanced weapons development starts with a common gun is expected to produce magical energy dependent on the holder of the weapon. RP: Shoq's Health Corporations looking for Aid
A new dispatch has been sent from the Shoq government building in Gargo. It reads as follows: "Frigak (hello), this is Healthmart, Shoq's most prevalent healthcare corporation. The citizens of Shoq are experiencing a large outbreak of Dolium infermia, otherwise known to my fellow Shoqmen as "Putt-plu". Healthmart would like to extend an offer to any nation willing to accept it. We are looking to buy 6 million syringes worth of vaccine if anyone is willing to sell. Our starting offer would be 45 billion qiks for 6 million syringes pre-filled with vaccine, packaged and ready to go. Remember, every 5 minutes you're not making vaccines, a child and/or puppy dies!"

Almost instantly, another dispatch is sent. "This is ShoqPharma, Shoq's REAL most prevalent healthcare corporation. We need 5.9 million Putt-Plu vaccines for distribution ASAP. The fate of Shoq as we know it hangs in the balance! We offer 46 billion qiks, as well as a complementary 50% discount at all of our *cough* participating *cough* ShoqPharma owned retail stores for all employees involved in the manufacturing process. Please send us a reply pronto and don't bother responding to Healthmart's dispatch. I heard they tried to market food-dyed-water as bottles of sport drink!"

Ten more dispatches follow; all from health companies in Shoq asking to buy vaccines. Though many messages are sent out, the initial two dispatches end up being the best offers.

Prince At The Fair
Prince Hormizd was in Milare with the Khosrauan Organization of Scientists, as he was a lover of science, especially futuristic and often unrealistic science. He was in deep discussion with Hiromi Satto, inventor of the flying car, which he had decided to call the Sattomobile. As he is talking, a man bumps into him and slips Dawn's message into his pocket. He doesn't realize this and continues the conversation for some time. After finishing their conversation on the topic of the business use of the Sattomobile, he parts ways with Hiromi and walks off to look at the other exhibits. He sticks his hands in his pockets, per his usual habit, and discovers the note. A smile grows on his face and he decides to join the small Khosrauan delegation talking with the other delegations and the Schwypian leadership, even though he personally disliked the science minister from Khosrau. He made a note to ask his brother to consider replacing him, possibly with Satto, a much better scientist. But then again, what did he know about the science department. That was outside his domain as prince. Anyway, it would be great to see Dawn again. He had missed her much after the short time they spent together in the Schwypian countryside. Maybe she would finally return the affection that he showed her. He finally arrived at the balcony, standing there awkwardly, waiting for someone to notice him. (We should probably take this to an IC chat)

The Negotiations Were Short
The delegate sent to Redpeppers returned home with good news. The approximately 150,000 Khosrauan soldiers, including General Belisarius, would be returned unharmed for only one small favor, a denouncement of the supposed aggressive actions of Werewolf Islands. This was considered a nobrainer deal and the official denouncement was sent out as soon as possible. A transport fleet with a light escort is sent to collect the men.

RP: Vaccine Vultures
As vaccines from Oh-my-god particles arrives in Shoq's harbors, supply trucks come racing towards the docks. Each truck comes from a different company wanting to get in on the free vaccines. Some citizens catch wind of the chaos and try to get some for themselves to dodge the inevitable fee that the companies will place of the vaccines once claimed. These citizens are met by armed guards, hired by bigger businesses like ShoqPharma and HealthMart to guard the shipments. The citizens leave empty-handed.

Vaccines are sold at an average of 510 qiks per syringe, with some companies giving discounts for families, children, and the elderly.

Eventually the outbreak fades, but there are now rumblings. For the first time in a while, Shoqmen are feeling cheated by the corporations that effectively run their country. Word spreads that the vaccines were sent to Shoq free of charge, yet the companies saw fit to profit from them. It is unlikely that Shoq's citizens will forget this.

RP: Changes
After the abdication of Lord Dunkeld, a democratic election has been held and a new government has claimed a swift victory. The Amelian Democratic Party (ADP) and leader Jillian Maddox has claimed the government and have swiftly reinstated Capitalism and Socialism has fallen, much to the joy of citizens. They have also reinstated the monarch after a referendum majority of 82%. The Maddox Reform has begun. They have traced the old royal family of Chinns-Ranton to the heir, the newly appointed King Felix III, a man of 32 with a wife, Queen Madeline and 2 children, Princess Charlotte and Prince Donald. The coronation ceremony attracted a crowd of 200 selected guests and 320,000 members of the public at Dunstanburgh Castle.

The citizens on edge, expecting a message from the leader of Amelasy, Lord Dunkeld. They expected it and it came. 7 pm, on the radio.

Citizens of our nation, I regret to tell you this. After the mass killing of our troops, or fellow, innocent citizens by Whicistaion, we have no choice but to step down. I regret to inform you of this, but it is the only way. We declare that to avoid the utter destruction of our nation, we will immediately pull out all troops from Whicistaion and have Redpeppers proposed the following treaty:
- Amelasy will pull out all troops from Whicistaion and Redpeppers
- Whicistaion and Redpeppers will pull all troops from Amelasy
- There can be no wars for a century between our nations, but if there is a war between our allies, we (all nations mentioned above) will have to be neutral.
We are open to negotiation.
We hope in the future we can form a strong alliance, and put this rough time behind us.

RP: The Ultimate Serial Killer

1:30PM Law Enforcement Warning warns of a dangerous individual spotted roaming Tanda City. He kills anyone he sees and abducts young children. He is also invading homes. If you see him, dial 326 immediately. If he invades your home, use arms protection as nesse carry. Do not approach him or you will die. Stay tuned.

1:55PM Law Enforcement Warning reports suspect was last seen leaving Tanda City International Airport covered in blood. Everyone in the building was murdered gruesomely. Carrying a pocket knife and a semi-auto rifle. Lock doors and turn off electronics. If he comes near you, dial 326. Stay tuned.

2:35PM Civil Danger Warning warns that suspect is planting non-nuclear bombs in homes and buildings. Over 100 buildings have been destroyed. Fatalities are unconfirmed. Suspect identified as Bart Ramulo, a 34 year old Caucasian male, five-foot-eleven, 215 lbs, and brown hair and eyes. Wearing dark blue jacket and black pants and shoes. All attempts at killing Ramulo have failed. Stay tuned.

Flight 395 was famous after the mysterious disappearing of the flight. It was going to Angery, Doge Land before this happened.
