Growing Interest in the United Nations
The Curia has expressed interest in the developments within the international organization called the United Nations. Indeed, the UN was a subject of today's weekly meeting as deputies discuss how the UN can be a stabilizing factor in international affairs, if run right.

We all know that the fiefdom religion strictly forbids the use of modern technology, but there are some very very few exceptions, as there is an important rule in the religion that (necessities permit prohibitions)

Although TheBirdd is a self-sufficient agricultural community, there remains a need for some matters and trade entering the fiefdom, as well as to avoid crises, famines and natural disasters that may occur.
So there was a necessity to create an airport.
But it is a small private airport and is used only for commercial and diplomatic flights, in fact it is rarely used as most of the trade coming into the fiefdom comes from the nearby Stalengrave, but it will now be operated to receive whiskey shipments from Lux lumen.
There is also a mint to manufacture the local currency "EGGS" (industrial facility which manufactures coins that can be used as currency) and another mint to produce Stalengrave's currency (TheBirdd actually uses both currencies, but local currencies are more common within fiefdom borders).
But the airport and the two factories are located in a small isolated area in the fiefdom and it is strictly forbidden for serfs to reach it, the only one who can reach it is the Lord.
This is so that the serfs are not affected by the Devilish lifestyle of the outside world.
Therefore, there was a need for all the workers in the airport and factories to be migrant workers who are guaranteed food, drink and housing (there is what looks like a small isolated town for them that don't have to follow the rules of the fiefdom where they can use technology) and their salaries are high.
Therefore, The Fifiefdom of TheBirdd, as a Stalenskayan protectorate, formally asks Stalengrave and any other country willing to help to send foreign workers to work in these establishments, provided that these workers have special legal protection and special treatment. It also needs help to keep running these establishments

Reason: This organization will serve as a United Nations Disaster Team. For instance, if a country would get hit in such disaster like a typhoon, volcano, tsunami, etc, then the UN disaster and resilience would go and help that particular country. The organisation would help by giving relief goods, clothes medicine etc, and would help in a search for people who are missing, fatalities, etc.
