Hundredstar is eyeing Cordwell Air Force Base in Thousandsuns as a potential base for one of its own Air Force squadrons of 
SF-500 Raven fighter jets.
Up to 500 people would be stationed in or near the base in the region. Thousandsuns Defence Secretary General Ferdinand Maicus confirmed that the Hundredstar Government in undertaking a feasibility study to determine what the move would entail, including housing and education needs of family. That study needed to be completed before any proposal could be put before the Hundredstar or Thousandsuns Governments.

Keranian Prime Minister Dr. Murad Ahmad said Hundredstar, The recon empire, Moorburgh and Saltbridge have joined efforts to combat the worst wildfires in the Sekangkang kera's history.
The countries join Radiomatics moorburgh in attempting to douse the flames or in delivering aid to affected Keranian. Sekangkang Kera's Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, on Sunday said there are 39 active wildfires, while 61 have been brought under control and 19 have been extinguished. The fires have consumed nearly 1,500 square miles.

Major-General (Retired) James Knowell has been named Ambassador to Darul takzim. He will be presenting credentials to HM Sultan Ibrahim Ismail later this week. Ambassador Knowell has commanded the 45th PsyOps Brigade and 140th Intelligence Battalion, along with a myriad of staff positions including Director of the Commander's Advisory Group, RRAFEQTCOM, and G2 of the 17th PsyOps Division.
Meanwhile, HM Queen-Regent Joan will also be receiving the Sultan's nephew, HE Tengku Majid Walimatul Urus, as the Darul Takzim Ambassador to the Recon Empire. The Recon Empire looks forward to a fruitful relation with Darul Takzim in the near future.

1. Chancellor Diane Leighton confirms her participation in the Tanah Melayu Defence Summit in Darul takzim. She will be accompanied by the newly appointed Ambassador James Knowell to Darul takzim as well as General Ernest J. Kaslen, Globe Marshal of RRAF Equatorial Unified Command. Chancellor Leighton will be representing the Recon Empire as Co-Head of Government in expressing our continued interests in working with the Tanah Melayu community in areas of defence and trade.
A CFOR heads of government visit is also planned to Tanah Melayu soon, which will be led by the CFOR Ambassador-at-large to Tanah Melayu, His Excellency Mr. James Jewelcutt. Interested nations may contact the Ambassador-at-large.
2. General Alexander Tomrod, Globe Marshal of RRAF Polar Unified Command announced the formation of RRAF 
Australian rePublic during a POLCOM Dine-in Event at E1 Military Complex, Republic of Vectors, last night. The new subordinate command will bridge military cooperation between Reconian and Australian forces. Camp Gulfen, the planned headquarters of RRAF Australia, will be located in New South Wales, and will be commanded by Camp Commandant Colonel Mitch S. Orale. The Commander of RRAF Australian rePublic has also been named as Rear Admiral Ian Dorheart, formerly Chief of Staff to the Globe Admiral of the RNR Polar Unified Navy. Due to the deactivation of RRAF Albatan, the 224th Expeditionary Wing, which is commanded by Air Brigadier Jonathan Jovin, as well as the RES Horizon Battle Fleet, commanded by Rear Admiral Melvin York, will both be transferred to RRAF Australia. The 28th Armoured Division will be redirected back to POLCOMHQ in Republic of vectors, where it will be redeployed. Commanding General of RRAF Albatan, Major-General Kenneth Hearst will also be retiring from military service and joining the Foreign Service as a career ambassador. An Australian defence delegation will be arriving in the Recon Empire to finalize these arrangements.
3. RRAF New romastia as well as RRAF Tsunegara will also be standing down from full activation mode. The two subordinate commands will continue as standby in the respective holdings, in Camp Abenin, New Romastia, and in Joint Base Elwood, Ishigawa, Tsunegara, respectively. With this arrangement, the RRAF will effectively cease all hostile military engagements worldwide during this time. This decision comes as the Treasury intends to pump even greater relief into the market to effectively regain market stability and growth, through cutting non-essential active military spending.
4. RRAF 
Furiso will be shifting its HQ from Baser Defence Base, Fidi, Northern Langore, to the newly constructed Wincelt Joint Base in West Keralia, where it will be closer to Furiso and its operations. The RRAF is unlikely to partake in any armed conflict in Furiso without the orders by the Queen-Regent.
5. Major-General Carl Varbanov, commander of RRAF 
Jeltronia, described his phonecall to Lieutenant-General Laverne Schneider as "pleasant" and hopes to work together with Jeltronia in bridging defence ties with the CFOR and beyond. RRAF Jeltronia will also be shifting its headquarters out of continental Recon, into Camppo Siccstino in Semolia, where it will provide better reach for the Third Expeditionary Fleet and the Jeltronian colony in West Bristen Faults. The camp commandant of Camppo Siccstino is Colonel Sherman Pollock.

PORT IMPERIAL: The State Ministry of The Exterior announced on Friday morning that three independent national defences would be fully operational by the end of the month. The three systems mentioned were the Principal Integrated Regionwide Atmospheric Threat Eradication System (PIRATES), Strategic Advanced Defence & Denial of Airborne Missions System (SADDAMS) and Frontline Active Terrain Bombardment Operations Ballistic System (FATBOB).
Minister for Defence Hari Harshad explained that the three systems function independently of each other, although their capabilities overlap in a professional manner. The systems would thus complement each other and holistically enhance the national defence capability greatly.
According to the State Ministry, development had begun as early as of 2005, and the project is one of the most expensive to date; after 12 years of continued funding, improvement and trials.
Local defence consultancy firm SRS Defence estimated that the system was designed more as an offensive force while disguised as a defensive one. It was proposed that PIRATES was designed to eliminate ICBM threats from the ground to the atmosphere, thereby crippling many modern ICBMs before they could take-off into space and reducing the chance for a strike.
In the case of SADDAMS, components of the air defence system was already tested in Cadelia during a LETCA peacekeeping mission there, and the system is believed to be used in conjunction with the highly mobile D-400 Surface-to-Air missile system, where the mobility and concealment of a deployed D-400 missile system would cover up for the shortfalls of SADDAMS.
SRS Defence also debunked rumours behind FATBOB, which was suspected to be an ultra-long-ranged artillery system. It was estimated that FATBOB was an automated gun turret emplacement, that would be manned by control cells across the nation. As such, only maintenance work and ammunition resupply is required to run such a system. Besides the standard guns, FATBOB was seen to have been fitted with rocket pods, which are suspected to be unguided rockets with the aim of mass bombardment.
The State Ministry also announced the retirement of 50% of the nation’s nuclear arsenal, which explains the sudden surge in such advanced defensive weaponry.
Locals in the Canton of Greater Alevion had suggested that a FATBOB installation near the IRU-Pelogrinne border was fully operational since the start of the year.

Military Governor Lieutenant-General Laverne Schneider today spoke on behalf of the Colonial Office of the Kingdom of Jeltronia, announcing a historic deal has been struck with 
Reino do Brazil. Lieutenant-General Schneider announced that after careful deliberations, the two countries have agreed to transfer the sovereignty of the colony of West Bristen Faults to Reino do Brazil, per stipulations which would be contained in a new treaty between Jeltronia and Reino do Brazil.
"We are proud of the work we have done in West Bristen Faults. And we are thankful for the support and friendship its people has shown us in the short while we have been here. But now, its time to look to the future, and we are confident that Reino do Brazil will be the perfect partner to help the people of West Bristen Faults moving forward." Schneider said.
The announcement comes as West Bristen Faults marks 6 months since the time the country was partitioned after the withdrawal of the Recon Empire, and after West Bristen Faults was occupied by Jeltronia. While public support for a Jeltronian regime continues to be high, the Colonial Office has decided to let go of its sole holding in the region in its review, on the ground of "rebalancing interests in the regional community".
The deal will see Reino do Brazil reimburse the Jeltronia for all the expenses its has incurred for the taking, occupation and administration of West Bristen Faults, adjusted with interest, and the continued use of the naval and air force bases of Jeltronia in the capital of Madison Court under lease from the government of Reino do Brazil for a period of 99 years.
"We will continue to operate in this region as part of Jeltronia's commitments to its regional partners for the foreseeable future. Taskforce Recon Empire will remain in and continue to operate from Madison Court per our agreement." Schneider added.
The two countries are also expected to increase defense and security cooperation, with the Jeltronian government committing to cooperate closely Reino do Brazil, especially in security, military training and disaster relief. and humanitarian efforts.

Imperial Royal Union is strongly opposed to the transfer of sovereignty of West Bristen Faults between Reino do Brazil and Jeltronia.
Imperial Royal Union takes issue with the occurrence of a financial transaction accompanying the transfer of sovereignty. While land can be generally defined as an asset and even a commodity, land in which people are living on cannot be considered a transferrable asset simply because the people living on the land are not party to such a transaction.
Imperial Royal Union firmly believes that payment, if any, for such a financial transaction, should be paid to the people themselves since the transfer of sovereignty of the territories of Bristen Faults did not result in a financial transaction between her previous owner, the Recon Empire, and her new owners.
As such, Imperial Royal Union urges fellow nations in the Council of Ambassadors to not only condemn, but oppose and prevent such a transaction from taking place.

The IRU Ambassador to Jeltronia has been summoned by Fort Jon to explain the recent statements of Bertrand Matthews, IRU Resident Representative to the Crown Federation of Recon.
As the sovereign power over West Bristen Faults, the Jeltronian government reserves the full use of all accompanying rights attaching to its sovereignty over the territory, including the transfer of the same to some other sovereign state. Further, the financial consideration, which is just one of the many stipulations agreed upon for the transfer, does not offend municipal law of either contracting party, and international law.
We strongly urge the Imperial Royal Union to refrain from making other statements that touch on sovereign interests of the Kingdom of Jeltronia, a reminder likewise extended to other countries.

Imperial Royal Union is shocked and dismayed by the irresponsible remarks of the Jeltronian government.
To simply brush aside such an important ethical issue by branding it as an internal affair that is not the concern of external parties is to disregard the international responsibility of every nation to uphold the principle and dignity of national sovereignty.
The act of selling a sovereign territory and to treat it as a financial transaction is to put a price on national sovereignty. That in itself disregards the sanctity of national sovereignty being priceless. One cannot ask of others to respect their sovereign right if they themselves do not even buy into the concept of sovereignty itself.
To be fair, Imperial Royal Union is not only vehemently opposed to just this transaction of territories, but also to future occurrences. Imperial Royal Union sincerely wishes that the Jeltronian government reconsiders their actions.
Lastly, Imperial Royal Union wishes to clarify with the Jeltronian government that the issue was raised in the Council of Ambassadors, and is beyond the jurisdiction of the State Ministry of The Exterior of Imperial Royal Union. Contact with persons outside of the Council of Ambassadors regarding the matter at hand is an attempt to undermine this Council.

The Imperial Royal Union contradicts itself by calling for a respect of national sovereignty, when it itself interferes with the legitimate decisions of other governments. Sovereign powers include the right to dispose of and transfer sovereignty itself, over to another power. And that is what the Kingdom of Jeltronia intends to do, as is in the case of West Bristen Faults.
On the contrary, it is the IRU which acts irresponsibly by speaking of this as an ethical issue. Every day, governments around the world ink treaties that deal with the sale of territory, from one country to another. Or just jurisdiction. Eitherway, these are all perfectly within the rights of sovereign states.
Also, the act of summoning the IRU ambassador is but a normal occurrence, precisely because Bertrand Matthews is an IRU official. He will do well to note that we are not questioning his right and duties relative to the Council of Ambassadors. Far from it. But it is the fact that he uttered such remarks with which we take issue, and is the Jeltronian government now summoning the IRU ambassador to Jeltronia.
That is what they are there for after all, as lines of communication. All the more, since Bertrand Matthews spoke under the tenor of representing official state policy.

Due to debates in the Council of Ambassadors, HM Queen-Regent Joan Darlange, in her capacity as acting Empress of the Federation, has called for a formal inquiry and investigation into the sale of 
West Bristen Faults to Reino do Brazil. Her Majesty called for an urgent meeting with the Imperial Government and due to there being sufficient justification in protests on both side, the acting Empress established, by royal decree, the Extraordinary Committee on Bristen Faults to decide the fate of the territory.
While the specific territory had been conquered by Jeltronia, The Crown Federation of Recon nonetheless holds extra-sovereignty (Note: This does not refer to "extraterritoriality") over all territories in the regional map, including the whole of Bristen Faults and beyond. Therefore, the Emperor of the Federation, as a federal absolute monarch, has absolute right to decide on this issue at hand. Jeltronia, having agreed to these terms when they were first granted the privilege of conquest in Bristen Faults, despite being a foreign nation, will be required to respect the decision of the committee.
Members of the Extraordinary Committee on Bristen Faults (ECBF) have been selected from a panel of legal experts, and regional peers who will submit their confidential findings to the acting Empress, where Her Majesty shall make the final decision. Said decision shall be final and binding, and be respected by Jeltronian, Reino Brazilian, Imperialean, and all other governments within the Federation.

The United Kingdoms proclaims Bristen faults as its sovereign territory and declares it as integrated part of the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom officially established border crossings and border patrol controls. Furthermore, any passing over territory of Bristen faults, third states citizens will need valid passports and visas. Bristen faults is fully integrated territory and the United Kingdom established all national institutions which will provide to Bristonian citizens better life. The Bristenn language is proclaimed as official on territory of Bristen faults as well as Semolienne. We condemn the recent statements of The recon empire, and urge it to reconsider its remarks. The Recon Empire has been a good partner, and therefore we are disappointed to see it take its current posture under.
We will not recognize the jurisdiction of the so called Extraordinary Committee convened over West Bristen Faults. While the latter is geographically located in the CFOR, the Kingdom of Jeltronia has sovereignty over it, to the exclusion of any other power. As a sovereign state, Jeltronia is under no legally binding commitment to defer to any power, regional or otherwise, when it comes to exercising powers over West Bristen Faults. As such, we will not heed any request to cease pushing with our transfer of sovereignty over West Bristen Faults, as that amounts to an undue intervention into sovereign interests of the Kingdom of Jeltronia. The Crown is beholden to no power, certainly not to the Constitution of the Crown Federation of Recon, nor to the Emperor of the Federation.
We remind those who are aware of Jeltronia's arrangement before we got involved with Bristen Faults, that we made no commitment that we will first seek permission from the regional government or from the Recon Empire for that matter, when we decide to relinquish and transfer sovereignty over the same, especially when the transfer will be to a regional state, as in this case. Nor are we stepping on the rights of any other regional state. We offered the colony to all parties who are already present in Bristen Faults. We even sent individuals missives, yet there was no reply. The next steps pursued legitimately. One will therefore see that in fact and in law, we are well within our rights to transfer West Bristen Faults. And we firmly intend to do just that.
Sovereignty includes the power to relinquish it, or a part of it, to another sovereign. And that is the case here. Whether or not the same was in view of a consideration, pecuniary or otherwise is of no moment. It is well within our right to cede territory, especially a colonial holding, to another state who can continue the efforts we have started.

We urge all nations to refrain themselves from harsh statements which can influence negatively to the bilateral relations. The United Kingdom officially states that Jeltronia has full control of the Western Bristen Faults. By that, as part of Bristen Islands are integrated as sovereign part of the Jeltronia. By that Jeltronia has full right to maintain and decide about future of their territory. The United Kingdom urges all states to restrain them from firing statements that can make situation even worse and open a conflict that will further make damage to the citizens of the Bristen Faults.
The United Kingdom placed high control measures on border crossings of Bristen faults. High measures will be activated for next six months.
