There seems to be this idea among our citizens that when the Executive puts a party in the party overview, citizens are put in the Citizenship Registry, when laws are put in the Law Registry etc means that it is legally recognised.

THIS IS FALSE.
The government of Thaecia has no authority over parties, the constitution clearly states that the government can not intervene in party affairs as long as the party does not violate NS rules.
This means that the government has no legal authority to recognise parties or label parties non-existent etc.

Your party is recognised solely by abiding the constitution that ensures you the right to found and join parties.
How the Electoral Commission includes parties in their policies is not up to the Executive to decide.

Knowing this, the Executive can decide to keep a page dedicated to parties for the sake of convenience of accessing that information.
This does not mean the Executive claims or intends to declare the parties listed as recognised entities.
The member limit requirement that was put in place was done so to save officials countless hours of constantly updating the party overview page(s).

Waivered citizenship is achieved by telegramming the Home Affairs Minister or the Prime Minister with a Thaecian puppet and the WA nation it belongs to.
Once this is done, you are a waivered citizen, the citizenship registry exists for the sake of convenience so that we can access this information.
Only the Justice Ministry has the legal right to strip people of their citizenship, this means that if a Prime Minister or a Home Affairs Minister are denying waivers or stripping people of waivers while the waivered folks fulfil all legal requirements, they're breaking the law and they will need to do more than just delete the waivered citizens from the dispatch.
Otherwise, there's an exploitable loophole for those with the Dep Admin password to exploit.

Ironically, there is no constitutional section or any laws that mention the Law Registry and establishes it as the place where bills become laws.
Once 2/3 of Congress support a bill it is automatically law.
Bills that do not have 2/3 support but are signed into law by the Prime Minister are also laws.

The Law Registry is once again a convenient place to put bills that have become law for easy access.

All this information the Executive is managing has not existed forever, it is mostly a relatively new thing for the region.
When Former Prime Minister Rayekka introduced the Dep Admin it was to have a single hub of information easy to access for anyone who desired access to the information.

Back when Andusre was Prime Minister, the region was too small that creating a website or a Dep Admin was not necessary.
Relatively few things were kept track of such as parties and laws back then.
It was not needed back then to have a section dedicated to how to obtain citizenship or a short guide helping newcomers integrate and the other things we have today.
