If they win a seat, as long as 
Hermes Express 123 remains in the region upon inauguration he can take his seat as they will be a Thaecian Citizens. However, as he has moved region during the election he cannot vote. The TPU do still have the right to not give him the seat if the party should win 3 seats.

However I am open to hear suggestion about funny non-practical laws which are not Roleplay related. Maybe something impacting the social or group dynamic in a funny way.
I do not have specific ideas, I am now thinking if a "April fools Service Act" or something?

I believe that RP legislation should be voted on when it comes along, which, as we’ve seen, isn’t frequently. My idea for RP legislation is an environmental protection act, or something of the sorts.

You only need to note that if you want to seek after 7 days from now, to replace New torask as minister which is also allowed under the L.R.014 Deputy Act. A confirmation by the House is needed. Which only will happen if you resign as Senator.
Oh I know but if he takes scheduled leave, it’s different. ALSO, I could maybe pass the House since the Culture Ministry isn’t as critical or close to the executive as the HAM or FAM. Also, I may remind you, the House currently has a half/half majority, and there’s a loophole that allows things to pass with 50% support. xD

I, Indian Genius is going for the Senate in November, and giving some of my personal views about the future of Thaecia. I believe in centrism betweenGovernment, and of The People of Thaecia.
Partial Direct Democracy:Yes, Direct Democracy. Some would say that this is an old proposal, but it is still not amended. I want Partial Direct Democracy to be amended, as it reduces corruption, and increases efficiency. Suppose, if some Senators go offline for a week, there will be delay in amending important laws. I have also a bill for that, gives the power to the people, thus reduces corruption in the government. nation=indian_genius/detail=factbook/id=1256023
If its amended, Thaecian Congress will work more efficiently, as the elections for passing a bill will be checked by the people and the elections will be like a snap election and will take no time. I believe people should be the voice of the region rather than some corrupted MP. And two MPs, Fishergate and Snowflame have sponsored the bill. My bill will regulate the Congress, and increase the efficiency and accountability of Thaecian Congress.
Unicameralism:Yes, that same old issue, which is idiocy, isn't it? NO, it isn't. As I believe in centrism, I also want Unicameralism. Why? Because there is no use of a Bicameral Parliament, it is inefficient and leads to corruption, and I find it logic-less that why is a Senate bill more important than a petition. My vision is that there will be the same number of seats in the Unicameral Parliament as of the present House of Commons and Senate combined. The laws in the Constitution of Thaecia has to be curved according to the manifesto. These are my views, and we will hold a referendum for the former said things to be amended. As I believe in centrism.
The Roleplay Minister: The RP minister has nothing to do with the mainstream NationStates, so he may be any member of the Parliament or the Legislative Branch. This is the current system, so I have no problem with it.
The Justice Minister: My vision is that the Justice Minister should not be in any Political party, so that there is no chance of unequal views. So that, there is no corruption.
The Electoral Commissioner: The Electoral Commissioner as well, should not be in a Political party. Even if the Commissioner is in, then there should a Electoral Secratory who is not in any party and checks the elections. I am going to write a bill on that soon. The Commissioner will conduct the elections of the bills in a Partial Direct Democratic Government. The bills which are proposed first should be set to elections first.
The Speaker of the Parliament: There should only be one Speaker as according to Unicameral System.
Post Statement: The Cultural Minister, The Foreign Affairs Minister and The Home Minister hasn't been discussed because I think that all the laws about them are good enough.
A Well-Maintained Military: I believe that there should be a well-maintained military, so that we can retaliate any attack from other regions. And I wish that the Defence Minister is selected soon.
