On the occasion of the eve of the Centenary of the Lupercan Revolution, to be celebrated in five days, President Josif Reenberg toured all the cities of the then Kingdom of Lupercania where there were relevant events of the Revolution that gave rise to the First Lupercan Republic and to the Soviet Federated Republic of Luperca.
On his way through Lupercoburg, the last monarchical stronghold, he visited the Old Port where the last King, Frederick Lupercus VII, went into exile in London, where he would die and where his descendants still live and work for the monarchical restoration.
President Reenberg gave a speech to the presence of local trade unionists of the Confederation of Workers of Luperca (CWL) and the Governor of the State of Lupercoburg, Hans Valente of the Social Democratic Party.
On March 28, civic-military parades will be held in all cities, but the main one will be held in the historic former capital of the country, the City of Luperca, current capital of the State of Luperca-Rotland, which will feature presence of the entire Federal Government, deputies and senators of the Supreme Congress and foreign delegations. The leaders of all the nations of Soviet Democracy are invited to attend.

Mobilization Within Kyushu.
The Chinese government has issued a sudden war declaration of the neighboring nations within the provinces in Kyushu. These are Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, and Oita. The provincial dictators of the region were confirmed to be a Coalition of Dictatorial Nationalists. Wholeheartedly against the nearby dictatorships’ treatment of citizens, the populous encouraged the government’s mobilization of the army, navy, and air-force to rid these dictators from their thrones, and incorporate the refugees in the areas into the Chinese Unions.
Due to strategic positioning of Kumamoto in Kyushu, the coalition was entirely split in half. The Chinese Navy, having already docked on both sides of the Japanese province, attempted a blockade, encircling both halves. Although not entirely successful, the blockade worked well to keep supplies stuck within a small bottleneck. This, along with aerial reconnaissance, enabled the Chinese Navy to crack down on supplies and attempts to destroy the naval blockade.
On land, the Chinese army, suddenly after the declaration of war, swiftly moved in to secure both sides of the large island. The offensive upon Nagasaki and Fukuoka was swift, utilizing the devastation of air raids to their advantage. Leading the assault was General Jiang Lo, from the earlier Midway Atoll landing. The General was very crafty, utilizing the extensive shelling of the shores and air reconnaissance as markers for where to begin offensives. Successfully taking shorelines, the General was able to perform well planned encirclements and was able to ensure surrenders via personal, loud, and awful sounding threats.
Facing a shortage of supplies, a protesting populous, heavy military losses, and the eventual taking of their capitals, the provincial dictators of Nagasaki and Fukuoka were captured, where a civilian vote within the provinces was held. There was a significant majority in both, voting for the execution of the two dictators. Two army medics were sent to a city between the provinces’ borders with the two dictators. A large crowd had gathered, cheering for the two’s execution. The medics had laid the dictators upon a stretcher, blindfolded, and restrained upon it. Sending them to sleep via an anesthetic, the medics injected the two dictators with a toxin. Within half an hour, they were declared dead. A cheer rang out throughout the city, and the army called back the medics as the crowd dispersed, back to their homes. Jiang Lo’s army quickly began to mobilize towards the borders of Kagoshima and Oita.
At said borders, the army commanded by Chen Siu were holding very hard. The guerilla force was performing extensive internal provocations in enemy lines, sabotaging them extensively. Being reinforced by Jiang Lo’s army, a sudden offensive began. Facing difficulty with supplies, populous outrage, and much more, they were forced to surrender. One major factor of the coalition’s surrender, noted by the army, was the brutal lynching of the provincial leaders of Kagoshima and Oita by the population.

After a day’s worth of voting, the results came out to be 534-386, a victory for admittance into the Chinese Unions. The Central Committee of the KPdSSM announces that after the successful capitulation of the states of Tetschun and Kanum, separate peace treaties have been concluded with the now socialist governments of both states. The chairman of the Central Committee of the KSPT of the People's Republic of Tetschun, Ivan Lovun, and the Chairman of the Central Council of the MLPK of the Socialist Republic of Kanum, Valjov Kassarov, together with the Chairman of the Central Committee of the KPdSSM, have our great nation, the united socialist states of Menechistan, Leonid Malchow , in a solemn ceremony in the party headquarters of the KPdSSM in Malchowgrad signed the peace treaties. In our two new socialist fraternal states, Kanum and Tetschun, a total of 500,000 soldiers of our large victorious Socialist People's Army are stationed. Both states will not have their own army in the next few years. The territories of both states are demilitarized with the exception of the barracks of our troops stationed there. Functional war machine is brought to Menekhistan, equipment that is no longer working is dismantled and taken to Menekhistan in parts. The total of 1.3 million prisoners of war will be deployed in labor services over the next 10 years for the benefit of the socialite economy in Menechistan and for the sake of communism and socialist society in Menchestistan. Soldiers caught in Tetschun and Kanum captivity during combat are immediately sent to the border with Menekhistan and are released there! The two former opponents also commit themselves to completely dismantle a total of 17 of their largest steel companies and 12 chemical plants and bring as reparation to Menechistan to rebuild them there in new locations. Last night the secret military operation "Last Red Strum" was prepared and started. Day 6 and 7 of Operation "Revolutionary Freedom": Our victorious socialist troops have successfully freed the districts of Limura-Nonuva, Trubos, Varov and Usova-Varowa from the clutches of the imperialist-fascist enemy! The opposing forces are heavily decimated and are now trying to establish a positional war. However, they only manage to attack selectively and shift ever weaker units along the border and front. Our units are constantly being strengthened by constant supply, which we owe to our brave and tireless fighting reservists! All of them, from the middle of the proletariat, testify to their love for Menechistan, socialism and our Supreme Commander Leonid Malchow! This tireless force of victorious fighting soldiers inspired by the idea of communism pushes our enemies farther and farther back, until eventually we have pushed them beyond their own borders, where we will bombard them with artillery fire and rockets! Only when the enemy has recognized our new borders and signed a peace treaty prescribed by us, we will stop our fighting! After strengthening the border Sejare to Krawostan our border troops have now begun to build an anti-fascist rampart. The inhabitants of the enemy are not allowed to cross the border into Menechistan - there is a strict shooting order. The same applies to inhabitants of our Menechian homeland: crossing the border to the enemy country is considered high treason and is being tried before a court-martial! It is under the death penalty to exceed this limit. Members of the Krawenez Menechian minority are asked to contact a representative of the Socialist People's Army to legitimize their naturalization into the country. For this, of course, evidence such as birth certificates, etc. are needed. Who can provide no proof of ethnicity, we immediately turned back to Krawostan! Days 4 and 5 of Operation Revolutionary Freedom: Our glorious Socialist People's Army has succeeded in culling most of the imperialist fascist enemies and pushing the remainder of their miserable forces behind a new frontline in the Varow and Usova-Varowa districts to be liberated , Continuous artillery fire at the front and conventional missile launch from our heartland allowed us to further decimate the strength of the weak enemy. The enemy speaks in his fascist propaganda of tens of thousands of fallen soldiers! Most of Kanum's troops are currently relocating to the Limura-Restrova district to be liberated to prepare a counter-offensive on the border with the Krowwoy district. We are waiting for the concentration of troops in this area and then, with relentless shelling by artillery and conventional cruise missiles, we will eradicate the enemy in our area and thus demonstrate the invincible superiority of communism over capitalism! With more than 60,000 units and 400 tanks, our army invaded Majzeni District to liberate the local Menechian population, our brothers and sisters. With over 120,000 troops and over 1,000 tanks, our Socialist People's Army rolled over the weak fascist-imperialist units of the Krawostan army. 1280 brave Menechian soldiers fell in the fight for the freedom of our brothers and sisters and the lofty ideals of communism and our socialist revolution! In a special session of the KPdSSM, chaired by our great and wise Secretary-General and Supreme General and Commander, Leonid Malchow, further military action was discussed for the reintegration of the menechian territories in the borders of 1918 and 1945 into today's territory of our great nation. In a final vote, 99% of the Central Committee voted in favor of an early military intervention against the capitalist-imperialist system of those states to which our former territories officially belong today. All units of the Menechian Socialist People's Army and reserve reservists have been deployed across the border with our capitalist-imperialist enemies. At the appropriate time, a declaration of war is made to the respective states, in particular to Krawostan, Tetschunien and Kanumistan. Previous diplomatic meetings with the respective foreign ministers and heads of state on the return of the areas to Menechistan proceeded without any success. Thus, it is the sole fault and aggression of our capitalist-imperialist neighbors that it will come to this war! The Neo-Roman Emperor has decided to invade Bulgaria and trap the Eastern Romans in. The invasion begins with a landing in Varna by the Neo-Roman Legionary Army and take a beachhead setting up artillery and anti-air pieces. The Neo-Roman Legionary Army manage to capture Varna. The next targets are Razgrad and Turgovishte. The Neo-Roman Legionary Army moves in on Razgrad which is next to a river. The battle goes excellently as the Bulgars are pushed back across the river and the battle for the city is one and meanwhile in the south the city of Turgovishte is fought over and the Bulgars are pushed out of the city and the Battle of Nova Zagora begins and the Bulgars put up a valiant fight against the legions of Neo-Rome but it made no difference and the Neo-Romans win the battle. The Neo-Roman Legionary Army crosses the Maritsa River into the town of Kharmanil and the battle begins with the Neo-Roman Army going on the offensive and breaking the Bulgar defenses and capturing the town. The Neo-Roman Army moves on the next town called Haskovo and moves in with the 55th and 33rd Legions of the Legionary Army of Neo-Rome. The Neo-Romans swiftly move in and capture the town. The towns of Kurdzhali and Khashovo are fought over and the Neo-Romans break through the lines with the new tank model named the Bull-15 tank. The Bull-15 swiftly destroys the Bulgars defenses and the two towns are captured. The city of Plovdiv is battle over but ultimately is a Neo-Roman victory as the Bull-15 tank overruns the Bulgar lines and the city falls to Neo-Rome. The Neo-Roman Emperor holds a speech in the city and states the Bulgars shall fall to the mighty Legions of Neo-Rome and the Neo-Roman Legions shall restore Rome's Glory. The Battle of Pazardzhik begins as the Bulgars attempt to retake Plovdiv and the Legions dig in and hold off the Bulgar advance and reinforcements arrive and push out the Bulgars and the Neo-Roman Legionary Army gives chase to the fleeing Bulgars and they arrive in Pazardzhik and the Bulgars dig in but had no chance and they were pushed out and the town was captured by the Neo-Roman Legionary Army. The Bulgars fall back to Sandanski and the Neo-Roman Legions fight over the city and have to fight in the mountainous terrain making things more difficult than fighting in the hilly terrain up til this point. The Bulgars attempt to use this to their advantage but alas the Neo-Roman Legions adapt and push the Bulgars into Bulgarian Macedonia. The Neo-Roman Army pushes past southern Bulgaria and into Macedonia and capture a few towns on the border. The Neo-Romans push into the town of Delcevo and it is captured and the Neo-Roman Legions follow the roads to Skopje and take the towns of Stilp and Sveti Nikole on the way. The Battle for Skopje begins and the city is fought over as the Bulgars fight until the bitter end. The city is captured and the southern Bulgars are annexed into Neo-Rome.

Imperial Rebalancing
Despite the bulk of Alperian Imperial Rebalancing being conducted roughly 1 month ago, Steel’s new Industrial Cabinet has continued to conform to plans over extra territory put forward by previous PM Roland Barthes. Although no-where on the scale of Barthes re-evaluation within Asia, territory has still been exchanged in accordance to pre-ordained treaties. More specifically, Alperia formally handed control of the final ‘province’ of it’s Eastern French territory as previously planned- which was only halted due to the possibly administrative burden switching countries come under. Naturally, the extra staff from the territory was dispatched to finalize the borders within the Brittany territory, formally ending Alperian expansion of the European Continent. However, alongside the final handover of the agreed upon Northern territory, Alperia also gave the Franian Government control over it’s single Alperian province- which was taken as part of Operation Lockdown to bring all of Northern Africa under the control of Entente-Aligned states, which was fully a success if not for the Turks taking Kuwait.
The Egypto-Libyian Campaign
With the recent addition of the Israeli-Palestinian territory to The Alperian Middle East- A.M.E for short, Kasakov has eyed up securing his future plans from the possibility of Turkish interferance. Although many within A.H.C believe that Alperia’s hold of Cyprus is enough to deter any possible Turkish action, Kasakov has stated his belief that, after seizing Kuwait, Turkey could be after a way to bypass the Suez by taking territory heading towards the Gulf of Aden, which would strike a major blow to Entente control over the Medeteranian territory. It is for that reason Kasakov ordered the invasion of the Egyptian Eastern Coast and seizure of the Saudi-Arabian Coast, simply to shore up Alperia control of the area.
At 9:40AM, Kasakov ordered the usual invasion of a combined strike team into the territory of Egypt, with spearheads driving across the 65 and 75 Highways, bound for the major cities of Asyut and Hurghada- with the end objective being to meet up at Aswan for a sub-team to move and seize the disputed Halayeb Triangle, which has been a void territory due to border disputes between Egypt and Sudan since the collapse of the British Empire. As usual, Alperian advances were met with a lack of organized resistance asides from the occasional attempt on the A.A.F by Militia groups and possible Libyan supporters. However, thanks to the Climization of Alperian assets in the region after almost half a year of continuous Military Campaigns within the region, despite the occasional succession of hostilities in the wake of Alperian campaigns in other areas- such as Canada and the war against the OMRR.
However, as previously noted, it was not simply just in Africa where Kasakov launched his campaign. Rather, redeployed elements of the Alperain Battlegroup that seized Israel moved to secure the Saudi-Arabian territory of Tabuk, utilizing the 15 and 80 Motorways to begin a rapid deployment of troops. However, due to the rise of ‘Pan Arabism’ and Militant Islamism in the area, Alperian assets met unexpected levels of resistance in the otherwise quite empty stretch of sand and Mountains. Arab Militias scored small shots on Alperian servicemen in the region, with the operation costing the lives of roughly 34 servicemen. However, in spite of the unexpected loses, Alperian troops were able to complete their objective and secure the Base area bearing from the Suez towards the Gulf of Eden. Many now point that Kasakov may FINALLY begin the advance into the Libyan Desert, a move he has held off on in-favour of using Naval support to seize the Coast-lines.

Today marks the first Centenary of the Lupercan Revolution, which began the republican period with the establishment of the First Lupercan Republic and, four years later, the Soviet Federated Republic of Luperca.
Festivals and civic-military parades are held in all cities and towns of the Federal Republic, especially in the capitals of the 12 states that made up the First Republic.
In the old capital, the city of Luperca, there has been the main event organized by the Lupercan Federal Government with the presence of foreign delegations and a large parade of the Federal Armed Forces in the
Avenue of the Lupercanians.

After a long period if instability and insecurity in the Eastern Mediteranean, the government of the Eastern Roman People acts in an attemp to protect the Eastern Roman interests in Ionian Sea. The Senate in Thessaloniki reached many protests by the Communist Party of Ionian Island, which explained to our Senate the inhumane and brutal governance of the pro-fasist dictatioship of Ionian islands. Our Senatus, our Despota and our People true to the ideas of liberty and marxism decieded to organisate a vast naval campaign against the pro-fasist government in Ionians. Our Despota Alexandrus Julius Palaeologue at a public speech in Thessaloniki, announced to the crowd the ''Senatus consultum ultimum'' against to pro-fasist government of Ionians. ''It's a national duty to liberate our Ionian brothers from the fasist slavery and to welcome our allies in the United Socialists Stated of Eastern Roman People. We have to imitate our anchestors who spread the freedom in all over the world.''
The naval battle of Corfu
The Eastern Roman flee with 200 frigates, 35 destroyers, 3 submarines and aircraft carrier ''Vespasianus'' departed in 1 March 1963 from the naval base of Kavala in Macedonia. After sailing Aegean the Eastern Roman flee approached the island of Corfu the capital of the pro-fasist ionian government in 2 March. Τhe night between 2 to 3 March a tremendous landing of Eastern Romanians were held in South Corfu. At the same time communists guerillas declared revolution against the pro-fasist government in the city of Corfu. The House of Parliament was burnt down completely by the guerillas. After a short battle the Eastern Romanian army captured the city of Corfu. The pro-fasist government fled to Zakynthos.
Casualties: Eastern Romanians 92 deaths 234 injuries Pro-fasists: 582 deaths 434 executions Guerillas: 49 deaths and 32 injuries
The overthrow of fasists
By the time Corfu was free, the spark of the revolution was lit in the rest of ionian islands. Immediately, the Easter Roman flee landed at Kephalonia and Lefkada, where the Eastern Roman army established a new pro-roman local government. Without mercy the Roman army executed the fasist local authorities and their supporters. The last part of the Ionian Campaign was the capture of Zakynthos. In Zakynthos the pro-fasist government was concertrading her supporters for the last battle, when the Roman flee approached the coasts of North Zakynthos. In the city of Zakynthos were concentreaded almost 20.000 soldiers of the pro-fasists. Outside of the city, in the hills were hidden almost 5.000 communist guerillas, ready for attack.
The Roman legions landed at Zakynthos and siege the city. After 3 hours Zakynthos was captured.
Casualties: Eastern Romans: 122 deaths. Pro-fasists: 1.853 deaths and 3.744 executions. Communists: 802 deaths.
To ensure the peace and the stabilisation in the Ionian sea the Eastern Roman navy captured the city of Arta in Epirus for a unknown time period. The Foreign Minister of Eastern Roman Republic, Flavius Apollodorus Komninae assures the governments of our neighbor countries that our state has not any aggresive aspirations to their territory. We look forward to maintaining peace, cooperation and stability in the Balkans.
