By this time part of Moffs Fleet had split off to face the oncoming Republic Ships. Pretty much consisting of the usual Imperial Battle Fleet, they were outnumbered by the amount of Republic Ships, but where they lacked in Capital Ships they had Starfighter advantage.
21,000 total Imperial Starfighters streamed across space to face the incoming 11,175 combined Republic Fighters (V-Wings, Y-Wings, ARC-170s, T-50s, U-Wings) The Imperial Fighters used their numbers to try and overwhelm the Republic Fighters, at least keeping them away from the Bombardment.
7,024 Total Bombers raced to began bombing runs on the many Republic Capital Ships. The one Battle Fleet was clearly outnumbered, but had Armament to make up for it. They faced the enemy head on, blocking them from interfering with the bombardment.
Meanwhile, Grand Admiral Ferdinand Moff and his remaining Battle Fleet continued to bombard the small shield. The Goliaths using its ten Orbital Strike Cannons to deliver the most impact. “Destroy them!” Moff ordered, watching the bombardment from near orbit.
The Republic kept up their assault, firing all weapons as the Endurance carriers and Raiders moved forward to engage the fighters.
Soon the shield gave out and the fortress was completely overwhelmed, the structure ultimately demolished, at least to those looking from above.
A variety of Imperial Corvettes raced to help in the Starfighter chaos. Frigates and Gunships also began to assist. “Report in to Moff, we can’t hold this much longer...” One Captain ordered. The Battle Fleet was starting to accumulate losses from the mass amounts of Republic Ships, though they were taking quite a few with them.
“Sir, the Fleet can’t hold them, orders?” a crewman asked.
“Continue the Bombardment...The rats are probably hiding underground!” Moff growled. The order was relayed down the line, though many Imperial Starships were lost because of this. The bombardment kept up for five whole minutes before stopping. Grand Admiral Ferdinand Moff and what remained of his Fleet all began to form up into one big formation.
Admiral Celchu witnessed the ships move into position and could only wonder what was on that admiral’s mind. “All ships push forward and engage those destroyers!” The Maverick SSDs began attacking with full force.
It was only then he had an idea. It could be costly but it may work in their favor. “I want every Praetor we have to lock onto those ships with their tractor beams.”
Suddenly without warning and before the tractor beams could get a lock, Grand Admiral Ferdinand Moff and his Fleet all began making their jump into hyperspace. All that remained was disabled and destroyed Starships, littering space like a graveyard.
It took a moment for the Republic to realize what had happened, but soon cheers erupted within the ranks. It had been costly but they had struck a blow against the Empire.
“Lysithea, do you copy?” Raphtalia spoke through her commlink. However, there was no response. “Lysithea?” It was quiet for a few more moments until-
“Did we win Raph?”
Raphtalia choked back a sob slightly, worried for the worst. “Yeah, we won Lys. Are you all alright?”
“It’s a little toasty down here but we’re okay. We’ll start sending out the shuttles again.”
“I’m sending you the coordinates for High Charity,” Raphtalia said. “Don’t worry, I spoke things over with Scherzinger.”
“Understood. You did good Raph.”
“No...if I hadn’t been careless Szel would’ve-!”
“If you hadn’t shown up, Szel wouldn’t even be inhabitable again,” Lysithea argued. “I made my own share of mistakes...anyway, we’ll be docking with you shortly. And uh...one thing...”
“What is it?”
“We have an Imperial- I mean, former Imperial who’s being tended to here. I’d appreciate if he were to be treated like one of our own.”
Momo smiled, enjoying every second of the conversation she had with her friend Empress Kiyomi. "Hobbies are a lovely thing. I think you could use a few yourself. I know a few that one can do in their spare time. I personally do some practice on perfecting my Japanese calligraphy, or I will write speeches. Sometimes i help Erwin with making model ships, I loooove the beauty if IJN Fuso. Its my favourite ship of that time period. Some collect things, be it cards, or guns, or flowers. There are a million things you could do to relieve that stress. I find that exercising not only is good for the health, but its a great way to relieve some of that stress my dear Empress. Punching bags are great for exerting anger, and i find that lifting weights can relieve some of that pent up stress that you cant always get rid of." Momo started.
"Erwin too was a soldier, and still kind of is. He went into the Military when he was but 14, under his father's reign as Emperor and direction. Seen things i dont want to think about. Hobbies, have made things better, and any time he has any problems, I am always right there for him. I would do the same for you in a heartbeat. I know there are plenty onf people in my Empire that would love to be here in the Empire. If you wish, I am happy to find you someone who can be here for you. Though with all of this said, I should clarify that military service is not compulsory. It is more of a tradition passed down in each family. So while it isnt compulsory, it definitely is prominent in our culture. Some leave after one year, and thats fine, but others stay for a lifetime, and we are always grateful for that. Hiei is a lovely, gorgeous, and talented girl. It's hard to tell she is an android, till she speaks. She is really calculated, not a lot of emotion for such a lovely lady. I hope soon youll be able to meet her. You would be all over that girl. Especially if you are curious about android behaviours and articulation. She explained
Momo bowed her head reverently, thankful for the compliments she received in turn. "Your system sounds much like that in our Empire. While we have the ultimate authority in legislation and policy and the like, we tend to leave governing of the country to the Prefect, which convene for a council every month and they address individual issues which they then solve. Only rarely does Erwin step in to make those decisions. Rather, he focuses on policy for the nation, rather than just one state. It's a rather efficient system, and it works wonders. Im glad to see that others have similar systems. I am honoured to recieve your shrine geta, that would be a treasure i cherish the most of all." Momo felt incredibly humbled and honoured.
Momo stepped out of the limo, as her husband stepped out, she went back to hugging him and holding onto him, her love for Erwin unserving and undeniable. While it was quite cold outside, Momo didnt seem to mind it much, and her short sleeved shirt and skirt outfit with flats suggested. Erwin took off his medal clad overcoat and wrapped it around Momo, not because she wanted it, but because Erwin didnt want Momo to freeze. Momo smiled in its warmth. "Your Celestial Magnificence, I know I have said quite alot about Mito, but i hope if anything, it can help show how attached I am to this city, and this nation. Words will never fully explain it. I'm keeping my emotions in right now, as I confess i feel both joy and concern. I wonder how much of Mito I'll remember, and what has changed" She said.
No response was ever heard from the Imperials. As such, the Republic carried on without the support from the Empire.
What they did not know was that the message had been passed along, and the senior military leaders were all discussing on what to do. Some of the members of the Imperial High Command were in favor of sending the Yin or Yang to assist the Republic. Others were against the idea as they were needed to defend our own colonies.
Eventually, the Grand Commandant piped up and stated to the room, “The last time we squared off against the Germans, we learned much about them. After their sudden disappearance, we were able to refit and redesign our ships. Sending the Yin or Yang would compromise our new capabilities. Not to mention, we would lose the element of surprise if they could identify the nationality of our ships, which would fully bring us into the war.”
“Then what are you saying sir? Are we just going to let them fend for themselves?”
“No! The Republic shall have the help of the Emperor’s forces. We will dispatch a smaller fleet of battle cruisers to help them. Not only their city but their fleets will need to be rebuilt. Send a mobile shipyard to repair them to the point that they can make the jump here. We will use our shipyards to fully repair their fleet. The battlecruisers will be used to assist in repairs, send food, medicine, and supplies to the planet, and the ships can remain for the time being as makeshift defensive platforms.”
A small fleet of 30 battlecruisers were dispatched to republic space. A mobile shipyard was soon to follow.

The remnants of the Republic fleet stayed together as the last of the civilian transports jumped into hyperspace. Afterwards, Lysithea and the rest of High Command landed on the New Hope, soon discussing their next course of action.
“Katina is currently undergoing evacuations,” Pellaeon said. “It would be tragic, but there’s the possibility the Imperials will do the same thing to Katina as an act of revenge, as cowardly as it is.”
“For now, our next priority should be liberating Kapteyn,” Lysithea said. “But as things stand, I don’t think we can win a second time.”
“I tried contacting the Sistonians,” Raphtalia said. “But there was no response.”
“What a surprise,” Pellaeon grumbled. “Like they care about our well-being.”
Lysithea remembered well it was against the Sistonians that the General’s brother had fallen in battle. Even after almost two years, the wounds still haven’t healed, for both sides. “Then we keep trying,” she said. “Former enemy or not, they have a sizable-”
“Admiral, we’re picking up thirty signatures nearby!”
“Imperials!?” the Admiral almost yelled.
“Well, yes and no. These are Sistonian ships.”
It wasn’t long before news from the discovery reached Imperial High Command. A meeting was held on what to do with the situation, as most Fleets were currently occupied. It was concluded that an Expeditionary Fleet would be sent, with possible reinforcements on standby.
Three days later Expeditionary Fleet A6 was entering Tau Ceti.
The Expeditionary Fleet lead by Captain Dread Jones was caught off guard from the sudden volley. They began defensive actions, trying to doge the next incoming attack. “Open up a direct line! Tell them we come in peace!” the Captain shouted.
Moments later a transmission was sent to the hostile Frellorians. ”This is Expeditionary Flert A6 of the Imperial Order, we come in peace! We are here on a diplomatic mission, any retaliation against us will be taken as an act of war on the Order!”
The Expeditionary Fleet was relieved to not be receiving another volley, nearly all their shields were depleted. They formed back up after the attack and kept their distance.
“Inform High Command, we are probably definitely going to need those reinforcements.” The Captained mentioned.
“To discuss a couple concerns and possible a new start. We of the Order are not seeking out new enemies.” Was the response from Fleet A6.
“No offense, but that shows how much you know. Not even our Navy shoots on sight...We have a lot to offer, perhaps we can talk about Face to face, or even holographic protection..I typically like to see who I’m talking to is all.”
“Very well...I guess these are the mystery Fleets that tried to liberate Callisto. Brilliant effort, took bravery I imagine. Anyhow, I’m here to possible negotiate a truce between our two Nations. We have much to offer, depending on your needs.”
Guys. I'd just like to put my two cents in and make the case for Volirum(A friend since early 2019).
I'll be quick, as I don't have much time.
1. He's been in law school for almost a year now.
2. Once in some form of position, be it online or in real life, he remains dedicated.
3. You may not notice, but he's always around
4. He's been public attorney for 8 or 9 months, not quite sure.
5. He was the Secretary General who oversaw transition in the region.
6. He's been here since 2018. So he's seen it all.
7. Lastly, he doesn't just jump into a job without knowing the details.

BATTLE OF AMAZONIA | Amazonia System, Cymiopolis
With the detection of Imperial fleets following their exit from hyperspace by Cymiopolitan scouting probes in the system, the Cymiopolitan forces sprung into action immediately, having already been fully mobilized ever since the arrival of intel smuggled out of Callisto a week ago.
Beta and Gamma Fleets took a flank each while defending Hippolyta. Delta and Epsilon did the same above Antiope Minor. From both planets surfaces, MAC cannons and laser turrets rained he’ll on the invading fleets while swarms of Aetos-class fighters emerged from their hangers and flew a course directly into the invading assault carriers. Without boots to put on the ground, it would be hard to actually secure their targets and the Aetos fighters’ kamikaze attack of over 400 000 strong would make sure of that.
On the surface of both planets, civilians have been evacuated into their respective underground bunker network along with their garrisons. If the space front were to fall, the Imperials are to expect similar conditions to Callisto.
“Because we believe diplomacy is better than unless fighting, especially when there is Benefits in it for both sides. We didn’t take time to specially find this place, though it was on our list. We sent Probe Droids to search the galaxy. The reason we were searching for you is because of your attack.”
“Interesting. Well uh, tell em what exactly you want from us or leave, I do t really care for beating around the bush.” Says the unidentified voice.
The combined Imperial Fleets were ill prepared against such a ferocious Kamikaze attack from the over 400,000 Aetos Fighters. The Ferrata-class Planetary Assault Carriers suffering the blunt of the assault, losing 4 of their 6 total. The massive destroyed carriers began to enter the planets orbit before hurtling down onto the surface below. Three Bellator-class Star Battlecruisers, two Maleficent-class Battlecruisers, eight Allegiance-class Battlecruisers, ten Imperial IV-class Destroyers, and a combination of other smaller ships were also destroyed in the attack.
The tattered remains of the Fleets began to form back up around Mhars Black Fleet. Thankfully the heavy amount of Anti-Starfighter systems from the combined Fleets managed to repel most of the Kamikaze attack. Two of the three Battle Fleets went to take on the Beta and Gamma Fleets, using their numbers and armaments to try and overwhelm the enemy.
While the one Battle Fleet and Mhars Fleet went to face the enemy Delta and Epsilon fleet. Each Planetary Invasion Fleet still had a number of Starships in it and used them to assist each of the Battles.
Hey there everybody, Sorlivia here.
Got a recommendation to move to the NWI(And it took a while to read through documents I thought were necessary), and, reading the RP so far, it does not disappoint.
How long would it take for my Citizenship App to be processed?
Also, I can't vote because I'm not a citizen yet, so all I can do is make a recommendation for Volirum.
Wouldn't someone
a. in law school,
b. who has more experience in the region,(from May 2018. Thus knows more about it's history),
c. who has served in government,
d. who was PUBLIC ATTORNEY.
be a better choice to serve as part of the JUDICIARY Committee.
I don't know much about The kingdoms of austranisia, but if anyone can point me to some more on them that'd be great.
I know it's probably be too late too sway the results(Time zones and all that), but I'm just stating who I'd vote for if I could.
