Like what, for example?

As an example we could have a region wide choice of having region based policies that are directed to events in reality or fiction.

I didn't have any previous legislation regarding the issue.

The game doesn't have any mechanics on region-wide policies, so I believe if anything happens it's either enforcing rules OOC (which why would someone want more rules that limit creativity?) or enforcing rules IC (which I'm pretty sure most nations prefer their sovereignty).

Yeah, I'm afraid you'll pretty much have to take that up with Max Barry.

No, but it left a voicemail. I haven't gotten around to listening to it.

I'll confess I'm curious about the delivery system.

Oh sure, it can destroy Zeptherian cities, but the question is if someone is stupid enough to try...

Wonderchicken, Mikoyansk, Vuilburg, and New walajamba

What is this bomb made of? Is it just tnt? Because 15 kT tnt blast yield is nothing if you want to destroy a city, let alone the world

Moreover, you need an exponentially larger and larger amount of force to increase your blast radius, so by the time that radius hits, say, 50 miles, you've already made the biggest bomb in history. Expand that to 100 miles and you'd need some future tech

So I dismiss the pendanese's claim as mere propaganda, the imaginings of a crazy leader

The largest RL nuclear weapon ever created was the Tsar Bomba, rated at 50 megatons. That's more than 3,300 times the explosive of the Pendanese weapon. The Tsar Bomba is a three-stage hydrogen thermonuclear weapon, and Zepther has the technology for a four stage.

Even so, the ability to destroy a whole contintent with one bomb is not possible even with one large nuclear weapon. There isn't enough fissile material for a blast radius covering a region of 297 countries
