I have banned Hardonius from the region.

He has previously been involved in sexually explicit RPs with minors, and has admitted as such here: page=rmb/postid=35318930

Though I do believe that everyone deserves second chances, as a region that does RP and that does have many minors who are very active in the region, in RP, and on the RMB, I have to consider the security of those persons and of this region paramount to giving someone a second chance.

I wish Hardonius well in his NS career, but it will not be in the IDU.

Delegate: The effective "leader" of the IDU. We hold elections for a new one every 6 months. Campaigning usually consists of stating why you think you would make a good delegate and explaining any region related "policies" you want to enact.
