I'm wondering what people in the region think about this.
I am not sure if I should sign up for CE 29. As the reigning champion, I feel like I should be there, but I am not likely to have time to do anything. Therefore, I don't want to be a pot 1 team that rankcoasts. I don't mind either option, but I am wondering what people think.
Personally, I think that all nations that post a roster are not rank-coasting. I would love to see you at the CE, but if you would rather sit this one out and want to ICly RP that in the next WCQ (or not, that doesn’t really matter), feel free to do so. All I can say is that no one will mind you signing up without participating.
Quick question, how many teams can we submit for the CEdC?
From what I remember, it is 2 per nation, although this may have changed because there are new organizers that started last cycle.
I can confirm that you can currently submit two teams per nation to the CEdC.

If you would like to be added as a member, do feel free to edit the table at the bottom of this page (https://nssports.miraheze.org/wiki/CONESPIO), by copying and pasting the table formatting provided. Despite what the Wiki article says about qualifying for a membership spot, anyone may be a member of CONESPIO even if they are retired/do not participate in IFCF Competitions/the World Cup, so do feel free to update the article accordingly. We'd start out slowly, with some agreements on infrastructure and customs, before gradually moving on to more topics and perhaps an Esportivan Parliament. There has been considerable discussion and planning among 
South Newlandia, 
Tumbra, Damukuni, 
Nova Anglican Admin Zone of Esportiva,
The licentian isles and The Grearish Union
about the eventual formation of an Esportivan Union of sorts, over the last few days. A rough timeline has been decided upon, to work towards the Union, along with governmental changes that the six 'initial' members (quite like the EEC) would have to go through, to sign the initial treaty of co-operation on customs, tariffs and infrastructure. The timeline is as follows:
1. Build-up RPs (including elections and the like) to hint/guide towards an eventual Union.
2. The signing of an initial treaty (like the RL EEC) during CE29, among the six initial members.
3. The rest of the interested parties join the members of the treaty to form the Esportivan Union, with its parliament and other institutions, after CE29, with a vision to have a full-blown Esportivan Union RP alive and kicking from CE30.

Why did it have to happen when I'm not as active
This is a very niche (probably me only issue) but will there be somewhere else to RP this as well as the CE (and other sports threads)?
Due to the fun sporting inactivity but still lurking about on here?
Not to worry, we're still in quite the early planning stages.
We're looking at exploring these possibilities, and will get back in due course.
