Domestic Policy
Constitutionalism and Conservatism
The Federalist Party stands by the tenets of conservatism and equal reverence for the Constitution. We believe that the Constitution is a sacred document and that any attempts to change it should be approached with foresight and caution.
Law and Order
The Federalists believe in order within its message boards. Thus, it is against obscene and treasonous activities. It supports the creation of an 'LDA moderator', responsible for moderating messaging boards and taking down spam and various unwanted posts within the message board.
Military and Defense
The Federalists support the creation of an LDA Armed Forces, the militarization of the region, and greater organization for NationState events. United under strong command, the LDA has the potential to perform better than it has in previous events, forcing itself into the international eye through its performance.
The Democratic Process
Democracy is a core tenet of Federalist thought. The Federalists support the democratization of the WA delegacy, allowing member states to vote on WA proposals to determine the actions of the WA delegate. Furthermore, party nominations will bring greater political participation to those who are not in the WA.
Political Participation
Only in numbers can democracy flourish. The Federalists desire to increase political participation, LDA membership, as well as the number of nations within the LDA. Only together and united can we reach for the stars and attain greatness.

Interregional Constitutionalism
The Federalists believe in interregional constitutionalism. This is a form of multi-regional governance in the form of a federalist system, allowing for the unification of various regions into a single entity while still maintaining the autonomy of each member region. In the modern world, regional cooperation and unification are great ways for the LDA to expand its international reach as well as uplift other regions along the way.
International Participation and Cooperation
The Federalists oppose the neutrality and isolationism of the LDA, and believe that steps should be taken to expand its international influence and outlook. Whether this is through regional collaboration, military peacekeeping, or other activities, the Federalists will not allow the LDA to wallow in the mediocrity of neutrality.
Membership Policy and Organization
Party Policy
1. Any member of the LDA is allowed to apply for membership within the Federalists.
2. LDA Residents are allowed to apply for the position AMICUS FACTIONIS (FRIEND OF THE PARTY). They will be allowed to vote in Party primaries, as well as participate in and aid the Party. They will not be able to run, however for the nomination of the Party due to their status within the LDA.
3. The Chairman is allowed to expel any member from the Party. However, this can be contested with a petition signed by 25% of party members, and overturned by a majority vote to overturn the expulsion.
