I think the project will be harder. We have just lost Gordan Ramsay's kitchen. There'll be no one to tell us if the pizzas are RAW!

I'm delighted to say that the pizzas were a success. The bread maker didn't knead the dough enough though, and it was so sticky that I had to use gazillions of flour when trying to roll it out. But I got there though. I spread green pesto on mine, before adding tomato, olives, onion, and jalapenos (which turned out to be the only suitable toppings in the house!).

Ah, that's a cool idea. Glad to hear the pizzas turned out alright. There's nothing quite like fresh, homemade pizza. Or fresh, homemade bread, for that matter. I've never made bread myself, but I've had family members who have, and have benefited from their efforts. I am jealous of both your bread maker and your pizza :)

Yeah, you're right. It needs sprouts on there to really make it work.

And plenty of garlic.

Hmm, this sounds like a challenge...I think you'd have to pre-cook the sprouts, in order to soften them enough to work on a pizza, then toss them on before putting the pizza in the oven. Unless you shredded them. I've seen shredded brussels sprouts in a shop, once. Should be easy enough with a good knife. They'd likely become crispy flakes, that way, I'd imagine...

Oh, that's very nice, indeed. He has such a pretty harpsichord in that run-down ole woodshop...I wonder how that came to be? I don't usually enjoy the harpsichord, much, but his playing was beautiful.

Silent Night.

We always dream about having and endless supply of something, but then realise that it is an impossible dream. "What an idiot", you think.

Well dream no more! Laraniem's Poll'O'Clock is back, and ready for your answer!

If you could have an infinite amount of ONE thing, what would it be?

That might very well be the Christmas Carol par excellence.
It's beautiful.

And this is beyond beautiful. It's over an hour long, but it's worth it. It's the
