I'm nearly finished the outline for the promotional campaign brochure and have started work on a questionnaire. Nothing collects interest quite like answering questions on performance and the like, right? Well, we'll see. Nothing quite sucks like not having your own internet connection but that's neither here nor there at the moment. This time has been used well and has helped to speed things along towards April.

My internet has been restored finally meaning I'm back full-time to honour this region with constant ramblings about dumplings and the like.
I need to set realistic goals between now and April since my schedule for the next three or four months will be rather full. The good news is, there isn't a lot left to complete. The bad news is, I'm shelving storefronts and the banking system for the moment. If time permits they'll be included by April. If not, we'll address it next Summer. Getting the forum, community and regional (recruiting interface) systems released should be the priority and by my estimation, those are very obtainable goals.

The regional forum appears to be good to go. I few minor adjustments remaining which I'll have sorted out in a few minutes. Of course, the speed in which bugs will be noticed and corrected depends upon usage.
The recruiting interface appears to be working fine allowing for only one recruiter to be using it at any given time. I'm looking over the call function that will allow other recruiters to speak with the one hogging the interface. If we still call it that. >_>
If you feel like recruiting old-school for the region, by all means. Freeoplis is the one to speak with if you're interested.

Released as of right now, this thing may prove useful but was a giant pain to build. Mostly because the package I took it from had to be re-written almost entirely to suit our purposes.
When our old forum was up and running, the RMB was often ignored as the action was taking place on the board. That bothered me knowing there were members here that aren't into forums but wouldn't have minded being able to vote on issues. Now they can.
Only members that have been here for longer than a day can vote in polls. The site will have to update before recognizing new members. Non-members are able to view polls but that's it.
All voting is anonymous and once the polling system has been added to the current regional board, forum Council as well as forum Delegate and Ambassador polls will automatically be listed along with the link to the related topic thread. Both officials are able to open separate polls without a forum topic. Options are good, right? This way, those of you that aren't into forums can still keep informed as to what might be going on at any given time and choose to investigate further if you're so inclined.
This application isn't meant for just regional polls either. There are no restrictions or limits for opening polls. Any subject is acceptable. The choice as always, is yours.
Poll starters can delete their own polls at any time before time expires. After which, polls are closed and archived.
I've included a separate login/register/forgot password/logout system for all members to use within this application. It doesn't take you away from the page and you won't be redirected to the main site. I encourage all of you to register if only to be able to take part in regional affairs.
All members have one vote per poll and can delete their vote to recast their vote as many times as they wish before time expires.
Feel free to play around with it. Remember, you can delete your polls so nothing is written in stone just because you create one.
I've opened four starter polls for your review and I know Effulgnce will claim the Council polls are illegal since no discussion had taken place before they were opened. And she'll be right. It's really for demonstrative purposes though the questions and results are of interest to me personally.
I'm finding myself making decisions that aren't mind to make. It's time we rediscovered ourselves. I'm just a facilitator. Issues concerning whether the title Council of Nations may be used within Tamkurk for instance belong to you all and as such should be put before the region.
