Word of mouth from my brother in law who played a while back and was getting back into it.

So I just got an issue for bike shares. It said my options were to increase police, get rid of communism and privatize the bikes, or a couple other options. What really caught my attention was that I didn't think my country was communist?! So I chose to privatize the bikes and now it says I'm capitalist. I don't necessarily understand what just happened. I want my country to be free in terms of enterprise, but I also want good healthcare and other necessities which is why I chose to reserve those for the government, which is more socialist. So how is it coming up with communist and capitalist? 😟
