A "leader" does not necessarily mean a national leader. And personally, I don't consider dictators leaders. They distinctly do not lead. They command, they control, they oppress. Those are not acts of leadership. Leadership is not about instilling fear in people, after all.

Now the WA decides to repeal Biomedical Research!! They just passed it a month ago! It's so frustrating voting for it and then they try and repeal it and the majority who voted for it, vote against it!

I voted against the original, so for consistency's sake, I voted for the repeal

Nah it goes bad after a day so it forces you to spend all your money as soon as you get it and therefore, you can't save up for anything nice. Very oppressive...
It also leaves a mess in your wallet
