Terranihil requests that Eleutherian authorities immediately release Marsıa Ašta. The Committee for Legal Affairs for the Department of Foreign Affairs has deemed her detainment and potential extradition to be in violation of her human rights for the following reasons:

* there is no reasonable suspicion that Marsıa Ašta has committed the crimes she is being accused of; since the assassination attempt on Ernest Pyle more than three years ago, Paleocacherian authorities have not presented any evidence that links the Terranilian government or any of its officials to the assassination attempt

* considering the absolute lack of evidence or reasonable suspicion, Marsıa Ašta is being persecuted by Paleocacherian authorities for her allegiance to Terranihil and membership in the National Progressive Party, and thus she is a political prisoner

* considering the abhorrent human rights record of Paleocacher, it would be inhumane to extradite Marsıa Ašta to Paleocacher, where she would be at risk of torture and cruel and unusual punishment; Paleocacher has a history of committing egregious human rights abuses against prisoners as documented by TCN Security Council Resolution 007, which condemns Paleocacher for publicly executing a prisoner on live television by method of being eaten alive by rats

* furthermore, Paleocacherian authorities have demonstrated a disregard for Marsıa Ašta's gender identity by repeatedly describing her as a man despite being a woman; this only hints at her future maltreatment in the hands of Paleoacherian law enforcement if extradition occurs

Once again, Terranihil urges Eleutherios to release Marsıa Ašta.
