Ciudad Los'Ángeles, El Salvador

At 9:58 a.m. local time (AMT–5), a sudden explosion occurred outside of the Creeperian embassy to El Salvador. The explosion occurred just after José Morales Infantes, Creeperopolis' ambassador to El Salvador, departed the embassy to meet with Salvadoran President Orlando Pareja Palau to discuss matters of Creeperian funding for his proposed railroad to connect El Mozote with Ciudad Los'Ángeles.

The Salvadoran National Police immediately ordered an evacuation of all embassies in the city and sent militarized officers to secure all embassies and thwart any further attacks. Early reporting by the police to the El Salvadoreño newspaper estimates that 21 people were killed in the explosion, and that 39 were injured. The police also reported that they believe that the explosion was an failed assassination attempt on ambassador Morales Infantes.

Galveias, Andaluzia

At 10:03 a.m. local time (AMT–5), a bomb exploded within the Creeperian embassy to Andaluzia in Galveias. The embassy’s staff was evacuated while its armed security secured the embassy’s perimeter and in an effort to prevent any further attacks. Reports indicate that a briefcase bomb killed 9 people and injured a further 20.

San Juan Diego, Sequoyah

At 10:04 a.m. local time (AMT–5), a VBIED was detonated outside if the Creeperian consulate to Sequoyah in San Juan Diego. The Creeperian Army quickly responded to the reported explosion and occupied the consulate and the surrounding area. The army was ordered to arrest anyone who refused to leave the area and anyone who had any visible tattoos which could indicate gang affiliations. The army reported that 46 people were killed during the explosion and that an additional 50 were injured.

San Salvador, Creeperopolis

At 11:10 a.m. local time (AMT–4), gunmen opened fire at the embassy of Salisford to Creeperopolis in San Salvador. The Black Division was dispatched to end the shooting and to secure the city's other embassies, as by now the Creeperian government was made aware that a series of coordinated attacks were being made at its embassies and consulates across the world. The army was ordered to arrest everyone in the area and to escort embassy staff to a safe location.

The army reportedly engaged in a shootout with the gunmen. A total of 7 gunmen were reportedly in the Salisfordian embassy complex and that they were holding out in the offices near the ambassador's residence. After a few minutes, the gunmen were seen leaving the offices and making their way to the ambassador's residence, however, the army opened fire, and before they could return to the offices, the army managed to cut off access to said offices.

After the shooting, the army fully evacuated the embassy. The army reported that no deaths were suffered by the embassy staff, but that there were 16 injured. The army also reported that 4 of the gunmen were killed and the remaining 3 were arrested. Mayor Jeremías Dueñas Cañas declared martial law in the Zacatecoluca district of the city, where most embassies are located. No other incidents were reported at any other embassies, and the Imperial Guard was also put on high alert for any potential attacks at the Imperial Palace or the Palace of the Cortes Generales.

Tigera and Ithiru, Lyoa

At 8:11 a.m. local time (AMT–7), a car bomb was detonated in front of the Creeperian consulate to Lyoa in Ithiru, and two minutes later, another was detonated near the Creeperian embassy to Lyoa in Tigera. The bombing in Tigera was followed by a reported shooting in a nearby shopping mall. The Lyoa National Army was ordered to protect all embassies and consulates across the country from any other potential attacks which may come. Reports state that 43 people were killed in Ithiru and 52 were killed in Tigera, while a further 63 were injured in Ithiru and 75 were injured in Tigera.

Suchitoto, State of the Church

At 11:27 a.m. local time (AMT–4), the National Police of the State of the Church issued an evacuation order from the embassies of Salisford, Lyoa, and Creeperopolis to the State of the Church and the surrounding areas, citing due to the preceding incidents at other embassies occurring. The police also reported that two VBIEDs were located outside of the embassies of Salisford and Creeperopolis, and that they were defused before they were detonated.

San Salvador

Colonel Carlos Pérez Galdámez informed Augusto Cabañeras Gutiérrez about the status of Operation Proverbs 12:22 and formally requested for his authorization to carry out Operation Yusuf al-Dhahir on 5 June 2022, stating that all their men were prepared to carry out the operation. Cabañeras Gutiérrez reviewed the plan and authorized its execution. Pérez Galdámez then sent messages to DINA cells in Sequoyah, Lyoa, Andaluzia, and San Salvador.
