Pallapati is not to blame for the death of the sailors. It is the Kumbhalgarh reckless navy that had caused the death. Shouldn’t the “premier” military force sweep for any civilians?

We did not call for violence, if you cancelled the act then we would not have caused the blockade. We showed no aggression.
