Fluctuology Tests Intercontinental Ballistic Missile

Justified as an "act in the name of progress", the Realm of Fluctuology transformed from an unusual xeric shrubland waste to a point of international contention as the wacky cult launched an intercontinental ballistic missile known as the 'Blackkard-1' off the shores of its northern coast. After a series of prototype launches more inland- free from the prying eyes of enemy detections- this public launch would be a statement of the Church of Fluctuology's influence. It would fly through the atmosphere for a while before landing in international waters.
