I have some question for kitchenia for the bill.
1) Since minister of culture and home affairs are appointed by PM or president. So I think direct election of head chef will make process complicated. So I think u should give appointment power to pm or president. Also these will make election process go for many days as we already have 3 direct election of pm, president and head of defense. .
Otherwise all other provision on your bill are good to go.
