On a completely unrelated note the Paleocacherian Defense Department has signed a two billion selkie contract with Hanabishi Industries to purchase two squadrons worth of C-82 Dragonfly VTOL cargo planes.

The Office of the Grand Supreme Court contacts the Embassy of Xusma in Reia about the deal and informs them of the proceedings to take place, the two requested convicts are to be sent to Paleocacher, the remaining three shall be granted the right to return to Xusma at the price of 1 Million QBC per head, if Xusma agrees, the three men shall be flown into Nevidimir under Reian supervision.
