The stage and seats had been set up. Fifteen hundred people were to gather at 1630 local time for a special ceremony where Mayor Galicia and other dignitaries were to present Mr. Ernest Pyle with the Palliser Award for the Arts for his extraordinary efforts in the writing of his stories on the Malgan Ethnic Cleansing in Terranihil.

As the ceremony begins to set up, the mercenaries take to the rooftop of the hotel with their bags. One mercenary takes a sniper from outside of his bag and watches the stage for the shot. Four mercenaries guard the rooftop door and set up a zip line to a smaller building far from the hotel where the SUV was parked, the last mercenary was in the car, awaiting for the shot.
