The Troops try to retreat to the planes, using them as cover while under attack. The pilots attempt to start the planes up.

The FSQ and national guard begin moving towards the planes, taking down Morovan soldiers as they try to flee into them. Considering that the H-4s have no landing gear and are confined at the airport and are under heavy fire, there is no chance they will be able to take off. An announcement from the FSQ is played offering a chance to surrender.

OOC Note: SCI and I have been trying to find any mention on the H4 landing gear to no avail. The only mention we found is "flying boats did not require landing gear," so unless you have a source saying it has it, it doesn't.
