The group consists of former Revolutionary soldiers who have committed themselves to preserving socialism on the island, which they fear Tandi will undo. In their first operation, they stole 4 Hughes H-4 Hercules flying boats from Kieva International airport with a detachment of 400 men. The planes left unnoticed, as Tandi has not yet secured the airport. The planes are headed for Quebecshire, hoping to land discretely on the water about 14 miles offshore of Bostonia. The Bostonia Fleet notices the aircraft on radar prior to their descend and attempts to contact them, asking why they are not registered and demanding they justify their presence in Quebecshire airspace.
