“Hello, I am Howard Beale, Australian Ambassador to the United States. I have a meeting here with a contractor from de Havilland you see. I need to book a suite and some kind of meeting room please. The best room you have would be good but I’m happy with a ordinary suite if needed. As for the meeting room I need it to have seating for 20 people. Can we arrange that? The Australian Goverment will pay all fees.”
