Given that this a Security Council Resolution, it requires a simple majority to pass (without counting abstentions), but can be vetoed by a member of the Big Three.

The Creeperian delegation votes Against the resolution as it has various flaws and false claims. The claim that crimes agains humanity have been committed is only true in the context of the Creeperian Civil War where all sides committed atrocities, the very reason this organization [TCN] exists.

The only claims that war crimes are being committed are from the Malgan TCN Delegation. We'd also like to note that "massacre[s] of civilians and prisoners of war, the destruction of civilian institutions such as hospitals, schools, and other essential buildings" have no reliable references or sources to support these claims. The Creeperian government is encouraging military action in southern Creeperopolis to stop the issues caused by the SLF.

Also the idea of sanctioning Creeperopolis to help the poverty situation is misguided and ignorant way to solve the problem. It would in fact make it worse and may cause Creeperans to flee to Neo polisophos which would cause another problem.
