Region: the West Pacific

I'm creating the West Pacific Wineries brochure today and I need more vineyards and wineries. Not sure what to do? Check out these excellent submissions...

Westwind wrote:Dragon au Soleil (Dragon in the Sun Winery) does not publish it's list of varietals, as many are specially produced in small batches for our elite private clients. However, for the remainder of this week, we are pleased to present to the region at large our finest Albarossa aged for 15 years. A cross of Chatus and Barbera, it is big and fruity with elegant acidity, velvety tannins and sweet spices. Albarossa pairs well game, stewed meat and mature cheeses.

Arnic wrote:The Akuaris Coastal Winery usually produces Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, but it is known for its experimentation with tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple. Its one-of-a-kind "Côte de Sirène" (made with grapes, guava, and a variety of herbs) is the locals' favorite.
