Sicilia votes to go to war against the nearby city of CityVille after pirates from their city attacked Sicillian ships and they refuse to punish them. 10 ships are sent and they quickly surrender being forced into an alliance with Sicilia and to adopt a similar form of government. The alliance forces them to pay a tribute of 2 talents yearly and give up their army to Sicilia. This is the beginning of the Sicily league a Sicillian attempt to conquer to the island.
