I’m the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Wintermoore. It’s true that our region is rather silent at times, but we’ve made attempts towards increasing activity by policies encouraging players to RP more. It’s understandable that your region finds us inactive and quiet, but our small numbers cause major problems in activity as well.

Given our situation, would you reconsider your decision?
