With Blayredeshian Troops the 2 Million Army (With Replacements from last gunshots of War) begin to dig in and 450,000 occupational Forces begin to dismantle Factory machines and send them home. However Cong Cash is being burned as its seen as Worthless however Gold, Silver and other Previous metals are being taken and sent back to Icewindia as "War Reps". Occupation food Drives is being done to keep the Occupied Cong people busy and fed. With Water and food being restricted and Rationed as instead of killing Rebels in City they can just surround Rebellious City Blocks and starve them out. Locals are rewarded for cooperation in Extra Rations and food.

Icewindia attempts to re-new Police by creating the Cong-Civil Defense in which they will recieve crude Training, Extra Rations and better Housing for there family. They will be armed with Pistols, Batons and SMG's and will be the front-line to Law Enforcement. However they must respond to Occupational Command. Any Unit Defecting to the Partizans will have there Family or extended family. Informants are rewarded temporary increase in Rations.

For Every Icewindian Soldier killed by a Partizan twelve Random Citizens will be shot in center of town. The message is clear. You Hurt us? We will hurt you more.

Partizans/Resistence Members are told to Disarm within next Week and will be pardoned and allowed to Re-join Population. Every Captured Partizans/Resistance Members after that point will be sent to an POW Prison Worker Camp and publicly shamed.

Revolutionaries across Conglatia suddenly see the greatest freedoms in Icewindian Zone as often they are allowed to Openly Carry Weapons. RP: A Very Bloody Affair
The sudden call for a cease fire and yet another Icewindian upheaval causes the army's ongoing offensive to grind to a halt, much to the frustration of the military and Gregori himself, who had hoped the Strelkho Report would have vilified Icewindia and its closer allies for good. Nevertheless, he complies with the calls for an armistice, as his staff had been practically begging him to find a way out of this mess. The report seemed to have had an affect against Icewindia, but it had somehow vindicated the country in the process and meant that if Conglagateia did what it saw as morally right and drive back the currently disorganized enemy from their lands, they would become the bad guy.
But what is done is done, and Makhran Gregori acquiesces to the calls for a peace deal, though the revolutionary forces demand a seat at the table along with their Serene Ether allies. Gregori is not pleased at this, but feels he can not do much about it.
It is not expected the deal will achieve any lasting peace. Conglagateia would come out of this war the undeniable loser. While it had held its own for a rather unexpected amount of time, surviving long enough to see its main enemy lose its backbone and request peace, it left the state in a dire economic catastrophe. The army was practically the only thing keeping the country from falling apart, and it seemed very comfortable in a role of near absolute authority.

RP: The Grim Realities
The war had changed Conglagateia. In fact, the war had become Conglagateia. While the marshal promised stability, he did it at the cost of the democratic values the country had held so dearly. It was argued these steps were only temporary, and necessary for the mere survival of the country. Regardless, the army was still loyal to its commanders. The mutineers had already joined the revolt or were in prison camps. An economic tragedy had ravaged the country and nearly a quarter of the population were internally displaced and out of a job. Things were degrading, fast.

RP: Hate and Loathing

Corporal Dmitry Yetravan found himself stuck in a field of rubble that might have been a museum once. The lizards didn't care much, though. They had ripped the building apart, probably with artillery so they wouldn't have to actually take the thing, cowards.

Didn't matter though, he was stuck here with some of those weird fish things pinning him down and shouting at them incoherently. The other elements of his battalion were probably tearing through the left flank of the enemy while his section was stuck here and nearly out of ammo. He noticed something one of his men was holding a few feet away, who were also cowering behind a couple of boulders.

"Hey! You! Fire that rifle grenade at them!" he said.
The soldier he was looking at couldn't have been older then 18, and just stared at him, terrified.
"God damn it, just give it to me!"
The soldier did not waste a moment throwing the rifle towards him, noticeably not turning on the safety and potentially misfiring. He ignored that for now. He peeked out of cover, the fish things were hiding behind some sandbags, and appeared to have stolen one of their machine guns when they took this town. Getting back down, he fired the grenade in their general direction. As soon as it detonated, he ordered the men to stand up and advance.
Whatever the grenade had did, it had clearly devastated the dolphin things which had been giving them so much trouble, shark-people? He didn't bother. They advanced carefully down the street, waiting for the inevitable sniper or other defender to make themselves known. But they heard nothing, in fact the background of shooting had faded almost entirely. They were instead greeted by a eerie silence and an absence of anything to shoot. He finally got his answer when his radio chattered to life.
"All units, cease advance immediately. I repeat, cease advance. All units are to comply with universal ceasefire."
And just like that, it was over. He simply looked at the gibbed corpses of those...beluga things and suddenly felt very fortunate to be alive.

RP: Peace With Honor

Starting off with a few expeditionary forces trying to help Icewindia rebound from the grips of civil strife once more, the sudden invasion from Conglagateia and our obligations to the Serene Ether had forced our hand. The Leadership had found itself in an ever increasing escalation of war, sending in over two million soldiers and personnel to mainland Icewindia and the northern front of Conglagateia. While we fought, the Leadership had made it very clear to the soldiers that we were not fighting for victory, but rather to see the war come to an end, we were fighting for peace.

Fighting for peace sounds like a naive goal, but in reality it was the best strategic option because after all, war is simply a part of politics. The Athejian forces were hesitant to go about destroying infrastructure and civilian buildings on a wide scale because when the war was over it would be a strain on either the occupying forces and the Conglagateians to provide shelter, food, and other necessities to the civilian population after spending so many resources and lives on waging war. Refusing to turn to the barbarism that so defined the southern front meant that there would be far less long-lasting grudges, less personal vendettas, less people in future generations harboring hatred and spite which would grow and fester into the decisions of the nation as a whole. Mindlessly slaughtering enemy soldiers would also mean a depletion in Conglagateian's manpower, thus depleting the authority of the government which had already withered after a defeat in war, and may lead to civil strife. Waging a war with such ideals in mind would in otherwords, allow things to eventually return to the status quo much faster, it would allow a faster recovery. However, the actions of both the Conglagateians and Icewindians in the Southern Front had irrefutably caused permanent damage to relations between the two nations, their people, and their national psyche, with both viewing the other as snarling merciless beasts for untold generations to come.

The Athejians would promise Conglagateians substantial aid in the forthcoming future regardless of the terms that would be agreed upon at the peace table, for the Icewindian's abhorrent actions they would receive nothing. Several hundred thousand troops had attempted to reunify the nation, and who knows how many died for the sake of ending the international conflict in the north, in the eyes of the Leadership they had spent the last vestiges of our goodwill and had went into a deficit. In the eyes of the Seraphim, Icewindia had given us absolutely zero assurance that their nation wouldn't simply collapse into civil war once again, and that their "leadership" was wholly incompetent in running a nation for any period of time without bringing the personal affairs and feelings of those in the Winter Dynasty into major national decisions. Esolda's standing in terms of respect had nosedived, impulsive and deeply flawed, though she had power she was irresponsible, she would now be regarded as a natural disaster rather than a national leader. The Seraphim would refuse to divulge these opinions of Icewindia to anyone other than herself.
