The way you throw around the use of nuclear weapons like they are toys shows how irresponsible of a leader you are. Go back in the RMB and you’ll find that none of the Rampart Pact members ever even mentioned nor have we considered using nuclear weapons, only CASA and the others.
If your considering using WMDs with such carelessness you are a danger to yourself and every other nation around you.
When have I, or anyone else from CASA, ever made mention of using nuclear weapons?
1. You cannot have legalized slavery as a NationStates policy.
2. Your nation cannot have a general ban on the freedom of public protesting.
3. You can't be on the authoritarian end of the political freedoms (according to this graph: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/72/Updated_NS_Graph.png) unless your nation is classified as "Iron Fist Socialists," a "Libertarian Police State," or a "Benevolent Dictatorship."
Side note: Membership will be revoked if you partake in the slave trade, commit acts of genocide, or militarily side against other CASA members. It will also be lost if your nation becomes a "Psychotic Dictatorship, "Iron Fist Consumerists," or a "Corporate Police State."
Despite the aggressive tone we're putting off here, CASA is largely a defensive alliance. This means in the event a CASA member declares an offensive war, CASA members are not required to participate. In the event war is declared against a CASA member by a non-CASA power, all members are to treat this as a declaration of war against themselves as well. Outside of wars, CASA members are expected to cooperate (if they have a navy) in disrupting international slave trading. This means setting up blockades within international waters to liberate slaves. Slavers on the other hand are required to be treated as no different from foreign terrorists. This means prosecuting them if captured alive, and exercising utmost caution when eliminating them. It is important to consider that, like terrorists, slavers do not value human life and must be assumed willing to kill their own captives out of spite. Any slaves we capture are to either be given full citizenship by their liberator-nation, promised land for the formation of their own country in the future, or handed over (without payment) to a CASA member that is willing to give them full citizenship.

We were going to just leave you alone and avoid escalating conflicts, but your nation's legalized slavery and open declaration of support for fascism are both highly concerning. Jubiloso will be sitting on the sidelines for now, but be warned we can and will take action against Udralstan in the future if tensions from your country escalate beyond human ownership and verbal support for evil ideologies.
EDIT: Due to the return of 
Calabur as an independent country, 
Jubiloso considers the peace agreement between themselves and 
Danslandia null and void. This means Jubilosan citizens will no longer be punished by their government for entering Calabur, and no there is no longer a need for Jubilosan officials to inspect Calabur for the presence of nuclear armaments. General Guerrero Maximilian notes the new government of Calabur has access to WMDs and should be considered a threat to Jubiloso, but the Zapata administration is choosing to drop it.
ANOTHER EDIT: Due to recent blackouts across Jubiloso (and possibly the entire world), the decision to restrict CASA membership over corruption ratings has now been changed. Anyone may join regardless of their political corruption so long as they follow the current rules AND do not have a general ban on public protests.

Jubiloso is responding to 
Udralstan's persistent faith in fascist ideology and declaration of war upon Jubiloso by flying in explosive drones to take out anti-air defenses before having the Bombardero capital ships pummel the ports with their missiles. U-boats are also moving in to sink any ships that attempt to flee Udralstan or take action against the Jubilosan navy.
Jubilosan drones destroy many anti-aircraft, the few remaining continue to fire at the air forces(at a disadvantage here, Udralstani anti-aircraft don’t work very well and are very old). The Grand Fascist Air Force is deployed. 3 plane squads fire at Junilosan naval vessels.

Naturally, frigates with anti-air capabilities were deployed alongside the Bombardero capital ships to intercept any incoming aircraft. While the frigates are certainly capable of shooting down aircraft, there are still ships sinking into the waters. The admiral responsible for deploying these vessels is calling for reinforcements, along with ordering the remaining surface ships to retreat. In addition to more frigates on the way, there are rumors of a fleet carrier on approach as well. While the Bombardero capital ships are retreating, but still firing missiles at the ports, U-boats in the area remain lurking in Udralstan's waters.
