RP: The Great Merge
Within the Kalrania Stability Initiative Summit Director Deschia Eclipse has propose a merger between the Kalrania Stability Initiative and Serene Ether. Having discussed this decision with the other members of the TSE Werewolf Islands, Conglagateia, and Fiercewood it was agreed upon to be the best course of action for the near future. With the Serene Ether entering into an new era of peace and rapid development it was a golden opportunity to create stronger ties with our like minded friends. This would in turn boost the Kalrania Stability Initiative reach doubling its resources in population and territory itself. The Serene Ether will form a new Bloc with its Parliament being located in Saint Petersburg, Wolfinite Republic. One concern is over the lack of visible written High Parliament articles but the Bloc will already be working with its own set of articles till things become more clear. There is also a request on redesigning the common Flag to better represent all nations now involved in the alliance. Deschia Eclipse hopes to work closely with the other Bloc leaders such as those from Northern new solingarch and Etrius.

RP: The destiny of the two Snowkies
Wolfinite Holdings, Avia
In front of the governing building would be 7 heavy knocks. Passerbys would spot an Avian flying away, never to be properly identified. On the door step, would be two snowkie infants. A message would be tucked within one of the baskets they resided in. If one was to open it, it would read “To be taken to the Queen. Ryken and Artoki have a fate beyond this land”

RP: Huh...interesting
A guard who happened to be around the corner notice the Avian flying overhead. He quickly rounded the corner seeing the basket left behind. He walks up and sets his rifle behind his back and reads the note before bringing the two snowkies inside into the Liaythia Governing House Building. After some discussion, a plane is hailed is readied at the local air field, which is no more then a tower, hangar, and one concrete strip for landing and take off. The plane soon as it is loaded up, which is a long range military aircraft designed and used to supply the small town, takes off and heads to Saint Fang. Wolfy and Aerial have been alerted of the situation. Aerial is ecstatic whilst Wolfy is more concerned and ponders on why the Avian dropped off two snowkies with the mysterious note.

Behind the Whiskwindian rear mountains
For Centuries, Avians of all sorts would fear to traverse these mountains. Many barring their children and their childrens children from ever attempting to do such an action. But the Avians feared it because of the legends of the brutality. The avians, fighting off hordes and hordes of what they call, "The Armored Ones". Only until the Avians would have created weapons of their own would these Armored ones begin to leave and retreat far back into the mountains. Until the war began...
"For Kerium!"
At the top of his lungs, a young Lohani would yell as he raised his sword high. Standing before several of his kind, a shield wall with spears would begin to push past him with a roar. Before the young Lohani, would stand a weakened defense of more Lohani. Battered and bruised, many of their comrades would be laying lifeless, and cold. embers strafed past the dragons as they shook with fear. Soon approaching, an army of well fortified and trained Lohani would come and come swiftly. Adorned in bronze from head to toe, a plume attached to their helmets, blood red in color and meaning. Their eyes would show no fear, but soulless and devoid of emotion, as if they had been trained for years fighting the same war.
"Enough!"
Screeched a feminine voice. Soon, ice would form before the armored lohani.
"Arkomi! She is here!"
One of the weakened Lohani would point to the sky. A grey dragonoid would slam into the ice. It would shatter and pierce into the armored Lohani, killing many. Arkomi would stand straight, being as tall as 9 feet, she would spread her wings as ice began to grow on them
"Leave my people be!"
She would angrily demand. The Kerium would only sharpen their resolve. Many would rush her and attempt to end their opponet with a quick death. However, she would cut through them with utter ease. The Kerium would slowly begin to fall back. However, this would soon change
"Oh Sister, you couldn't possibly have believe I would send them alone, did you?!"
A sinister and deeper voice would boom. Arkomi would look up, but the mistake would have already been made. A dragonoid, 12 feet tall and fully adorned in metal armor would slam his metal boot right into Arkomis' chest. She would groan as she was sent back hard into her weakened soldiers. The dragonoid would fully stand and extend his wings, fire slowly spread across his wings and arms
"Ixion, is a name they will forever remember..."
He smiled as he would extend his arm, nearly beginning a flame blast. However, an odd interruption would stop all this maddness
"Cease! Cease!"
Two Lohani would stand overlooking on a separate cliff edge. Ixion would turn to them and await their words. Arkomi would slowly get herself up and also look
"The Avians... have advanced. Kerium and Azolti have decided on a ceasefire. All armies are to retreat and form to investigate"
Arkomim and Ixion would look to each other and growl
[Ixion] "Must we work together, again?"
[Arkomi] "We never end up killing each other, Ixion. Save that for another day"
Arkomi would begin walking back to her side. The ongoing war would have to wait, for the new one to end
After the battle
Arkomi of Azolti and Ixion of Kerium would place their differences aside and unify to begin investigating what the outside world was beginning to do. Their nations would be shocked, and fearful of how powerful their once hated enemies had become. Ixion and Arkomi however, would have a bigger challenge ahead, beginning relations with the Avians

RP: the letter
After the meeting with state minister Long all that was left to do was wait. Soon enough Greater Habrin would have left its stamp upon the world and king Harolds rule would be a thing of the past. Everything was going according to plan.
Cassius watched out of the window as a knock could be heard on the door. " come in" the Prime minister said. An elder man came in. "Sir? There are people within our ranks who fear that our king is going to surrive our conspiracy" Cassius looked upon the man. "Is that so?" now that is troubling. See too it that these things are fixed. Meanwhile I might need to have a little word with someone"

Revia's have long been the feared groups of the island, legends telling that a 9 tail Revia at night could decimate a whole village if needed. They have been brutally oppressed by the Empire after their hegemony was instilled through the island, or so they thought.
On patrol early morning was an airship with 21 (42 in total) cannons on the starboard and port of the ship. 14 on the top, 14 on the 2nd deck, and 14 on the 3rd deck. The captain of this ship was sitting in her office as objects that weren't attached to the ship slide slightly from left to right as wind pushed the airship.
The captain had black hair and dark brown skin, her iris were crimson red and what was supposed to be white sclera was pitch black in color. The woman was 5'9" (175 cm's). She had 5 tails distinguishing her rank and authority over the cadets who all had less tails than her.
Tails in Revia culture signify status, rank, strength, as well as power. The more tails a Revia has, the easier it is to profess through a stratified economy.
Not all Revia's make it out of the stratified economy, the Imperium breed the strong and kill off the weak. Those with exceptional abilities become fleshbinder's, Templar's and other jobs that require intelligence.
Oftentimes the Imperium breeds the strong through propaganda and having parents or even the hospital staff to ditch the infants outside and expose them to the natural elements. Depending how long the infant survives the hospital staff or the parents may take the infant back, though if it doesn't survive, it'll be buried without a casket or cremated.
Usually infants in the wild get kidnapped by people who want to sell their organs off or look after them.
Because of this Revia's try and find a mate that are strong so as their children could have better physique. If the weak still persist in the population, they often do peasant jobs such as cultivating the land, mining, factory jobs, and other hard labor tasks.
Captain Scarlet Bone-Breaker had much to be glad about. Being born from a strong family she had been able to live a life in which she didn't had much struggle in getting into the military.
She graduated out of military class and became Captain of an Airship. Now sitting on her desk writing a status report to the High Command. It was a scroll and what she used as ink was red and smelled of iron. As she finished she left the red ink to dry off and visited the top deck to see how everything is doing.
It was the same usual quietness during the early mornings, the sun rose from the shore and the rain was sprinkling down. Thankfully the aerostats covered the upper decks and made sure that the decks don't get damp. Usually they will have to ground their airship during any turbulent storms but they wouldn't have to do it given that the winds aren't strong enough to blow men off of the ship.
She looked down at the coastal city as it started to become busy. The lights from the houses glowed as well as the streets giving it a relaxing vibe from up here as the wind blew strong against the ship. While from the ground she knows that on the streets were pockets of rot and poverty all shaded by those that weren't.
Second Lieutenant: "Early up as always Captain aye?" A man says as he stretches out and yaws. The second lieutenant who had 3 tails,"
Scarlet: "I didn't expect you being here Lieutenant, what's the matter,"
Lieutenant: "nothin' much goin' on with me Captain. Say Port Vermiculo has some good fish right?"
Scarlet: "You wish, fish is WAY too expensive and high maintenance to keep onboard, we are taking the usual bread and fruits."
Lieutenant: "If only High Command were to give us some more funding. . ."
Scarlet: "Yeah be thankful they aren't giving us worms or insects for breakfast,"
Lieutenant: "Hmmm, true, they did that in our training to see who mentally breaks down after living off of basic sustenance for 2 weeks to see how we would do in enemy territory without the luxuries,"
Scarlet: "Well if one can do it, anyone can do it, I still can't get the crunchy sound of chewing a bu--"
Lieutenant: "Eugh! Don't make get ether sickness!"
Scarlet: "Oops, sorry big guy. Didn't know it still left a bad taste in you, wouldn't blame you though for throwing up, just don't throw up on the ship or onto the pedestrians down below, okay?"
Lieutenant: "No, I'm not feeling sick, not yet at least," he replies.
Scarlet: "I'll go check on the food stock to see how much we have left to cook with, you go and resign yourself to your bunker Lieutenant,"
Lieutenant: "Very well madam, I'll see you in a few,"
RP: Declined
Seeing the costs of such a project in both building and maintenance being large to handle at the current time due to the war situation and other more prestigious projects being discussed behind closed doors for the time after the war recovery has been dealt with, the Demiran Federation declines the Vinrossian offer. Although the offer is declined a request to set up embassies between the countries is suggested.
RP INTRODUCTION
The Tori Steppes (Aka regressed Kemo territories aka ex mainland kemo lands until i get put on the map)
23th of June, 2157
It was early in the morning as the inhabitants of the steppe arose to meet yet another day, immediately getting to work in their respective camps, which each belonged to a different tribe.
The Īszka, the Kānthu, the Sāān and the Kyrzin.
These four Tori tribes dominated the steppes together through a very loose tribal confederacy. The Sāār still maintained the title of the Khamun, which basically puts them at the top of the food chain in the steppes.
The next Sakayă Baeűm (Translated to common as The Grand Mettle) will happen in the next fourteen moons (10 years) to choose the new Khamun that will act as the official representation of the Tori Steppe folk.
Every ten years, the Tori tribes gather together to compete in a fight for the title of Khatum. A holy most event indeed, as the selection of the Khatum is handpicked by the Wind Mother herself! The one she picks will be the victor, and be worthy to bear the title of Khanum.
Each tribe is ruled by their own Khatum, the tribe's official leader. The title of Khanum is basically the 'Khan of Khans', representing the Steppe for foreigners, where all tribes must answer the Khanum's call in case of emergency.
Right now, it was calm. The recent Grand Mettle has left the Sāān once again victorious, only making the Sāān streak list longer, as the royal family in charge of Sāān celebrated the victory in their camps by organizing a feast.
Meanwhile the other partecipants of the Grand Mettle simply went home to lick their wounds, and prepare for the next Grand Mettle that will happen in ten years.
The heaviest blow was delivered to the Kānthu, a Tori warrior tribe. The Kānthu and Sāān are long time rivals, competing fiercely among eachother both in the Grand Mettle, and outside of it.
Recent Grand Mettle was a distaster-- a blow to the pride of the Kānthu, which were almost close to secure the title of Khanum for themselves were it not for the stroke of luck, and the Sāān's muskets!
They vow that this Grand Mettle was Sāān's last.
They vow that they will come stronger, and kick the current ruling Khanum off their throne the next Mettle.
....that's what they usually say every Mettle when they lose. The threats aren't taken seriously by the Sāān and the other two tribes, who simply went to mind their business after another failed Mettle.
The Tori steppes are quite an isolated place, rarely any foreigner has ventured into these steppes. Some generations within the Tori tribes have never seen an outsider, especially that of different race.
It would be quite an experience, if not a frightening one. The Tori never stepped outside of their homeland, and none dared to waltz into theirs.
What will the future, and the Wind Mother hold for the tribes? Good boons? Or her ire?

"As you will, your highness," the High Chancellor said. "To business, then. We understand that your country is going through a troubling time, with tidings of rebellious victories and foreign invasions reaching us even here, half the world and multiple continents away from your homeland. This concerns us gravely, as instability is never good for business."
Aralim paused briefly, his mind carefully overthinking his words, his eyes studying the monarch before him.
"A little over a century ago, our own monarchy was deposed. The revolutionary forces took over, and reshaped the nation into what it is today. Doubtlessly, the revolutionary government then would have sympathised with the rebellious forces that rose up against you and yours."
He watched his words sink in, scanning the High King's face for a reaction before continuing. "However, as the years passed, the newly established High Council realised that ideals of revolution and the overthrow of the governments they resented were unfeasible: an undertaking of such scale would be nigh-on impossible and, moreover, the cost of lives would be... unthinkable. Slowly, we came to the realisation that stability is preferable to anarchy, even if such stability is achieved under the rule of those we are ideologically disinclined towards. As such, we are willing to aid you in stabilising your country through what means are deemed necessary."
The Blayredeshian coastline looked bleak in the weak rays of sunlight that broke through the clouds. As the small fleet slowly approached the harbour, more of it came into view. The mercenaries could finally see their destination in the early morning. It looked busy, for certain, but less busy than it usually should be for a town this size. With the war drawing most people from their homes to the frontlines, things back at home appeared quieter than usual. Most did not seem to care, but some of them frowned. If a town of this size was impacted to such a degree, it meant little good for the small force of 4,000 Redpeppersian mercenaries. Contracted by the High Council, they'd been informed they were to fight on behalf of the Blayredeshians and would act under their command. With almost every nation in the area at war or making ready for it, it had been deemed unsafe to transport their heavy equipment by air. The journey had taken long, but finally they had arrived.

RP:
Negotiations had dragged into their 4th month. Public pressure had reached a boiling point. The 4 leaders had promised their people that unification would happen, that the Laghdú could be avoided. The panic had continued to grow and grow - President Byrne of Árdcarn warned of outrage the likes of which hadn't been seen in centuries. The press hounded them down, fueling hysteria on a supranational scale. It had become a matter greater in importance than any in Tírnua's shared recent history. In the end, one man would relieve this pressure. King O'Connell of Seantír, descendant of the O'Neills who millennia prior had formed the High Kingdom, would make the announcement.
- "Water from the Akschoss floats high above the fields of Seantír. It blesses the soil of Árdcarn as rain. It flows, elegantly, through the glens of Saorglen. It makes it home to the sea, carried by the green fields and oak forests of Créafóg. It is majestic, and it is inexorable.
Tírnua is one land. The Tírnú are one people. This division has held us back for thousands of years, the Laghdú has simply forced us to confront this fact. And as is the case with any adversity, we have done what it takes to overcome it.
As a proud citizen of Tírnua, it is my honour to announce the creation of something that has been in the making since time immemorial. Today, I announce to you all, The Commonwealth of Tírnua."
The Commonwealth was a relatively simple leap to make; its leadership was nothing more than a council of the 4 heads of state, with a rotating presidency changing every 4 years. It was its very creation, the creation of a Tírnú state, that mattered. The willingness of its leaders to put aside thousands of years of constant warfare and rivalry. To embrace the coming centuries of hopeful peace and unity.
RP: The Bear and the Queen
As Queen Arcwind and Queen Boran would eventually conclude their meeting, Arcwind would feel as if she had made her first foreign friend. However, along Borans stay in Avidina, she would notice the farther away from the capital she got, the weaker the purple strands would be and less frequent. Arcwind has also given a gift to Queen Boran for her travels. Handing her a woven Avian cloak, handcrafted by herself.
