In both Eikangaard's it is illegal to throw snowballs on Sunday.

In Ashukal it is illegal to own a pet if you live on the top floor of any highrise.

Neither of these laws are enforced in any of these nations, but they're on the books if a particularly vengeful law enforcement officer wants you to suffer a little.
