So, I checked back on the Rushmori Union thread, and it seems that the last post was from Sept 9 (interestingly, it was my post). Can we officially agree that the Sameba-Eura crisis is cooled?
If so, I realize that at the moment, the region will be focused on Copa Rushmori, but how about after it's finished, we return a thought to a Rushmori Union?
We have an official proposal on the table from Liventia and Co. waiting for us to consider when we go back.

No, it isn't. The Euran-Sameban War IC wise though is happening a World Cup or so back now - at least at the stage its being RPed. It will get bloodier and go on for a while.
However that really shouldn't stop the RU discussions, if people want it they'll discuss it and the thread is there. Just might mean one of the regions important nations is distracted.

Turns out I do indeed have to go away again for another funeral, I'm back on Monday and the groups will already be decided by then. Oh well, I was really excited about the series I was working on writing, but at least I'll have a few ranking points for next time.

What are the entry requirements of the Rushmore Copa de Campeones? Is there a thread about it? I only saw them being mentioned in the International Domestic Newswire...
Champion of a scorinated league is allowed entry. You enter them the same way you enter your UICA competitors, and the results and stuff will be posted in the IDSN thread.
Residence in rushmore is about the only thing you need, I'd think. Obviously preferable if you also stay in Rushmore between cycles :P

As the person currently scorinating the CdC, it is to be in the region and to have a scorinated season (with the exception of one cycle). It is preferred to list your qualifier the same way you would for the CC/GC/SBCC to make it easier for me to find the entry, same with bidding for the Final.

I've been here for about 1/3rd of a year now, I think I want to get on the map(with the main island of my nation, anyway) since I know I'm staying long term. Who's doing the map now, though? The link in the world factbook entry says that Polar Islandstates does it and that map requests should be TGed to him, but he's CTE'd right now.
We haven't had a map person since Polar CTE'd. So you'll have to wait until we can get a map updater.
Ah, OK. I'll just keep going with the explanation I've been using for Anglatia not being on the map: it's located 'between' regions in an area called the Northern Isles, which in this case would be directly to the east of Endemia
