Eastorwine is gravely sympathetic to Val on this, after having heard the torture she had been through. On the other hand, though also detecting Val's stutter, Godlefe pays it no mind.

Now with the creation of a Novum Imperium Romanum, Delegates of the Hellenic Empire have proposed to the Emperor a creation of a New City, ¨Nova Byzation¨ using the Refugees of Consantinopole currently living in Thrace.
