In conclusion, if we did make it in a few years it would be pretty basic.

The ISS is barely outside Earths atmosphere, the moon is way farther away than the ISS. A moon base would cost far more to construct, maintain and launch than the ISS was. And the ISS was an international effort, your going to be constructing that all on your own. So although the construction of a moon base would be possible, It would cost way more than it would be worth. Anyway...

1/9/20 Ateenian moon base has been finished.
Now life support and crew and lunar trucks are to be transported.

Ateenia also has taken steps forward and started building electricity recharge stations on the orbit of earth then moon and then Mars.
They will be finished as soon as 2028

Kurd's have finally landed on the moon. We will try to establish a habitable zone on the moon with oxygen

General: Easy, we just build some buildings, put oxygen in and seal it tight. And when people come from their spacecrafts, they can dock there craft next to the building and a tube will connect them so they can get in.

Kosarad I: Excellent, we're going to have the best lunar bases. Or maybe we can also build lunar embassies, that would be interesting...
