I am not claiming any territory owned or administered by any government or institiution within this region or anything on earth with the exception of lands that already encompasses the Empire. Are claims are the Moon, and All moons of all planets in the sol solar system. I am not claiming planets with the exception of Pluto, and Jupiter. I am not claiming anything outside our solar system, any other nation with the tech to do it may colonize the rest of the galaxy. However, I don't take orders I give them. And I will not be threatened by any nation or peoples. Also Im not claiming any Imperial worlds, according to your own dosier, no core world or any planetary body named in the aforementioned articles. Furthermore, we do not want a war, but we are prepared to end one.

Surala recognises your claim to Ganymede and Titan. As they are outside the Earth relative space. Individual asteroids of the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter may also be claimed, but not the belt in its entirety.
