I’m curious on whether the brothers will bring this to court next.

The Attorney General says it will be shared among those essential workers with the AG's office and some will be sent to the AG in Kentucky.

I hope and pray with all that I am the Brothers not only take the state to court, but that the state pays dearly for their actions. The deciding factors will probably be whether or not the state files on them, forcing a fight. If the state doesn't file on them then the question is whether or not the brothers have the cash and desire to mount that kind of fight. Keep in mind it is not often wise to be right where the established authorities are wrong. If the brothers bring their fight to the state, there is an excellent chance the state may have them arrested just out of spite. US Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy once said, "I can indict a ham sandwich." Tennessee is no different.

Another option is if some legal organization that enjoys this kind of fight will take up the banner. We could hope the ACLU would step up to the plate, but I doubt seriously it would pass the ACLU's Politically Correct test. (IE: They never fight for the 2nd Amendment.) This is more likely if the state pursues charges against them, but only slightly. Many people are not happy with the way governments all over the country are using the pandemic as an excuse for abusing civil rights. Many of those people are members of, or contributors to conservative legal organzations. The Center for Individual Rights comes to mind right off the top of my head.

So we wait and see what happens next.

It already sounds like it will be an intense uphill battle. Even more so due to the lack of support they’ll receive, many aren’t happy with them. But it will be interesting to see.

On a side note, what are your current thoughts on the Michigan protests?

Tripartite Empire wrote:On a side note, what are your current thoughts on the Michigan protests?

I would be out there protesting with them. Michigan's Gov. Whitmer so overstepped her bounds and good sense that I'm certain the state is going to be tied up in litigation for years.

Aside from the constitutional problems I expect her to get spanked over, let's go down a litany of her edicts from on high:
—Stores may only sell "essential items." It is apparently safe to buy groceries and cleaning supplies from walmart, but it is not safe to purchase a couple cans of paint, a couple paint rollers, roller pan and a touch up brush. (Hint for Gretchen: If you want people to stay home, let them have something to do while they are there.)

—Travel is extremely limited. Even if you own vacation property in northern Michigan, if your primary residence is somewhere down south, it is illegal for you to escape the city for the north. People my not drive to check on friends or relatives, run errands for others, etc, unless there is some documented preexisting caregiver relationship.

—Only Governor Gretchen approved essential businesses are allowed to operate at all. Even businesses that involve far less customer contact then a trip to Walmart, like lawn care services are shut down until Gov. Gretchen says different. There is no rhyme or reason to her actions.

The list goes on for quite a while, but you get the idea. Americans tend to get cranky when you take away their freedom and replace it with tyranny.

She definitely messed up here. I’m only curious on how long this can be kept up. If anything I’m surprised it’s Michigan that came up here.

I’m curious on the logic behind the banning of power boating, but keeping sail boating?

Thankfully though, I’m still able to work.

Ah hope it went well.

Do you keep your notes open too now for exams?

Tripartite Empire wrote:I’m curious on the logic behind the banning of power boating, but keeping sail boating?

Governor Gretchen is one of these new age lefties. I'm certain that decision has Global Warming hooks all over it.

Ah then that would make some sense perhaps.

Don't mind us, just wolves claiming what's ours.

Sons, i r disappoint. You've lost sight of the true meaning of Christmas.

Haha I guess so, it happens. Although I am surprised. This happened rather quickly.

Haha. No. Alpha Wolf's region is the Wolf Clan and we have nothing to do with them, nor do we want to.
