As the diplomat officer,I request the founder and WA delegate to chart out a set of rules describing responsibilities,acts,duties and rules of our region Union of Democrats.
I also urge them to plan out something to attract more nations to our region.
I think we should start formal elections for different positions once atleast 10 nations have joined us.
I also requeat Gargin the same.But positions of founder and WA delegate will be fixed.
_THE CONSTITUTION OF UNION OF DEMOCRATS_
PREFACE:
Code of Laws
The Code of Laws has been established in the hope that it will continue to help the Union of Democrats grow and develop. This Code of Laws has been established by the founder and WA Delegate. You must follow the Code of Laws or we will serve justice and eject or ban you from the region. Finally, the Code of Laws has been established in hope of teaching other regions and nations while welfare is important we must serve justice. Under these circumstances, I would like to present the Code of Laws.
*SECTION I*
Article 1:
1.The Member nation must follow the codes of humanity.
2.The member nations must follow the Terms and Conditions of Nation States
3.The member nations must follow the guidelines of Worls Assembly(irrespective of whether theyvare a WA member or not
4.The member nations must follow the laws of Union of Democrats Law Book.
5.It is illegal to harm anyone's religious beleif.
6.It is illegal to promote any terrorist/illegal organisation's ideology.
7.It is illegal to promote any religious beleif(s).
Article 2
1.The member nations have no right to post any abusive content in the RMB or the WA forum.
2.The member nations have no right to post any pornographic content in the RMB or the WA forum.
3.The member nations have no right in sending any abusive/pornographic personal telegram to other member states ofvthe Region.
Article 3
1.The member nation must respect the representative flag of our region.
2.The member states must respect every other member nation and WA members.
Article 4
1.Members who don't follow the Union of Democrats Law Book and the World Assembly guidelines shall be ejected/ban.
2.The final decision of eject/ban lies with the Founder and WA Delegate.
Article 5
1.In case of misunderstanding/dispute between the member nation,they have a right to contact the Vice-Delegate and he/she has the right to settle the dispute.
2.The RMB is not a chat board.Member nations only have the right to post any suggestion/advice and discuss any general law/guideline there.
3.Member nations must respect the ideas and suggestions of other member nations posted on the RMB.
Article 6
1.Any member nation does not have the right to interfere with other nation's internak affairs unless asked by the governing body.
2.Any member nation do not have the right to abuse/talk rudely to any other member nation on the RMB.
Article 7
1.All the member nations have the right to report/suggest any WA resolution to be posted in the WA General Assembly to the WA Delegate.After fruitful discussions the resolution will be posted in the WA General Assembly by the WA Delegate on the behalf of our Region.
2.For Security Council resolutions the member nations have to post them individually and do not have the right to represent our region in those matters.
Article 8
1.No member nation have the right to abuse/disobey the results od any official regional poll (ORP).
*SECTION II*
This section will contain the duties of all the member nations and position officers.All the member nations must follow their duty and if failed to do so,proper justice will be served to them.
Article 1
1.The Founder
The Founder is the supreme power in the region/union.
Nobody in the region has the right to challenge his supremacy.
The founder is the main member nation hence reserve aome special rights.The Preaident founder will be calles as the first citizen and the founder state Republic of Rajputana will ne adressed as the first member nation of the region.
The founder state's decision will be final in any dispute.The founder state have a right on every authority management.
The founder state has no right to eject any member nation suddenly without giving any explanation to the act.The founder state has no right to eject the WA Delegate or the Vice Delegate without any meeting/poll.
The founder state has the right to issue any warrent to other member nations except WA Delegate.
The Founder state must see after the development and progress of the region.
2.WA Delegate
The WA Delegate(from now onwards referred to as WAD) is tge second-in-command of the supreme power.
The WA Delegate represents the Founder State in his absence and has the right to direct the region/union in the founder state's absence.
The WA Delegate must listen after the suggestions proposed by other member nations to be published in the WA General Assembly.
The WAD has also some special rights.If,the WAD founds any nation threat to the region or the international community may eject it from the region for a temporary period of 2 weeks.
The WAD must inform the member nations about the latest developments in the WA and how the region is affected by it.
The WAD has the right to represent our region in the WA General Assembly.
The WAD has the right to represent our region in the WA Security Council but only after the permission is granted by the Founder state.
3.Vice Delegate
The Vice Delegate(VD) represents the WA Delegate in his absence.The VD has the right to settle any personal dispute between the member nations.The VD has the right to see over border conrols.The VD will take part in important meetings between the Founder state and the WAD.
4.Election Officer
The Election officer is appointed by the Founder state and no official polls/elections are held for this post unless directed by the Founder state and WAD.
The Election officer(EC) will conduct every official poll/election.The EC do not have the right to conduct any poll/election on his/her own.The order must be given by the Founder state or the WAD.
Every member nation who wants to contest for any post must wire a personal telegram to the EC.(Format of the telegram: "I <nation_name> wish to contest for the election for the post of <post_name> to be held on <Date_ announced>.)
The EC has the right to officialy declare the poll result after the election has ended.
5.Homeland security
The Homeland security (HS) has the most important duty in the region.The HS has the duty to see which nations are latestly ejected by other nations and pose a threat to our region.The HS will also have to keep an eye on new nations entering in our region and track their history record.The HS will have to send a weekly personal telegram report to the Founder State,WAD and Vice Delegate about yhe above matters.
5.Diplomat Officer
The Diplimat Officer (DO) has the right to establish embassies and official diplomatic relations between regions.However,they can only abort a diplomatically established embassy only after a direction from the Founder State and the WAD.
6.Advisory Committee
The Advisory Commitee(AC) has the right to make formal contact with all other member nations and send their requests to the Founder State,WAD and VD.
Article 2
1 Ammendments:
Any ammnendement that has something to do with regional stability and security will only be taken by Founder State,WAD and VD.The member nations will be unformed aoon about any new ammendments.
Ammendments that are meant to interfere with personal developments of member nations will be decided via polls/elections.
2.Elections:
Election for the post of HS DO AC will be held every two weeks.
Elections for the post of VD will be held every 3 weeks.
The polls/elections results are officially declared by the EC.
Any newly elected member nation will be appointely only by the Founder State in next 24 hours.
All election dates will be announced atleast before 7 days of the election.
Any new member nation,who has joined the region on just 15 days before the election are not allowed to contest the election,though have the right to vote.
Any member nation cannot contest for the same post for two consecutive times.
The EC cannot hold any poll/election without the permission of the Founder State or WAD.
All the member nations who wish to contest for any election shall to give their names to the EC in 48 hours after an official announcement of election date.
The EC will display the name of the contesting nations in the in the RMB after 72 hours of the official announcemt of election date.
3.Ejection/Ban
Nations with very low economic output and misbehaviour shall be ejected/banned from the region/Union.
Any member nation will only be ejected after an official warning If the nation doesn't improves,then ejection will be followed.
The positions of tge Founder State and WA Delegate is fixed and cannot be altered/challanged.
Their position can only be challenged only after the Vice Delegate informs about a wide range protest.This will be followed by an official poll/election held by EC.

Al Member Nations are advised to follow the Constitution.
CODE OF LAWS:
Code of Laws

Article I- Technical Laws
While most of the laws involve part of nationstates roleplay this doesn’t so we would like you to consider this as one of our most serious law categories.
No Trolling
Under no circumstances will trolling be tolerated. You do not have the right to create any sort of fight or disappointment for no reason. You may not post inflammatory and digressive, extraneous, or off-topic messages to slow down or distract any innocent nations/regions. You may definitely not use trolling to provoke an emotional response. You may not do trolling for amusement or a specific gain. We will have a trial for trolling and a punishment. See more in “Trial and Punishment”.
No Spamming
Spamming is the act of posting things or sending things or saying things over and over. Spamming is very straightforward though if not dealt with can be catastrophic. We will have a trial if spamming is shown and if the trial allows a punishment. See more in “Trial and Punishment”.
No Hacking
This is definitely a big law. If you hack for your personal gain or for the regions gain chances are you will be banned. Though as always there will be a trial.
Article II- War Laws
If there is a raid there can be damage and accusations so we establish this law article so we can sort that out. A war law trial has a different kind of trial so please see “Trial and Punishment.
No Raids
We have a Homeland Security Officer but we hope you can help to prevent raids too. If someone is found doing a raid he will be banned. Please look out for any raids you think are happening. We will also fille him to the WA if he did something especially bad.
No Government Manipulation
Our government is a democracy. If attempted to change a trial will be held on your behalf (see “Trial and Punishment”). If attempted to change with government/people’s permission that is a exception.
Article III-WA Laws
These are very important as they involve international law and concern. Any violation of the following laws will ban you. Some principles of the WA I cannot say I am fond of but we must follow international law.
Article IIII- Trial and Punishment
There will be 3 justices who review the case. One prosecutor presents evidence for the case. One plaintiff may help the nation being prosecuted. In the end there will be no charge, eject, or ban. War laws are different though. The people will present evidence and anybody who was accused of raiding gets to defend.
Article V- Changing Laws
Anybody may change the Code of Laws but change is not open to the constitution. Your change must be approved by at least 3 govenment positions.
